Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

seg l2 all wrong - loads of old orders haven't been deleted so it's a mess

this is truly a pathetic service this week.

I have my IE7 set to show pop-up dialog boxes whenever I move from a secure to a non-secure page, and vice versa.

Usually I don't get any of these (or maybe one if a log-on is required) but today I'm getting a whole series of messages alternating between 'You are about to view pages over a secure connection' and 'You are about to leave a secure Internet site'. This happens as each individual page is loading.

Yes, I know I could turn this off, but I just wondered if it had any bearing on the go-slow problems others have reported. ie: the secure/non-secure alternation

Level 2 corrupt - LGEN yellow strip does not correspond with the orders beneath it ???

Very few of them do. The yellow strips seem to be right though.

all the W and Z stock prices and RNS's eg zenergy and wellstream etc are not appearing on monitor, tech glitch i take it?

I have just looked at ZEN your example, and the RNS is appearing fine there on the watchlist from this morning. Please note the price will appear at 7.50 am when the auction starts and the MM's put in their quotes for this stock.

I can only apologise at this point, our suppliers we to deploy a fix at the weekend. We are trying to ascertain why this has happened,
