So your point being!

proteus - 15 May 2007 15:04 - 691 of 2037

682 asked me to substantiate 681.

David10B - 15 May 2007 15:13 - 692 of 2037

But what has all this to do with COH?

If you have knowledge of any illegalities you should be reporting them to the police do you not think so?

I am sure the police would welcome news of any frauds and the person or persons concerned should go to jail, dont you agree?

If you are witholding knowledge of a crime willingly, that is a crimiinal offence in itself.

Best that I post the link to this web site and this refence to Plymstock Police Station, which is not far from me at 2 Mount Batten Way Plymstock Plymouth
PL9 9AS

Or if closer to you you can go directly to:-

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Middlemoor HQ Exeter. EX2 7HQ

I am sure they would want to hear about this so why not post the links to the police, that is obviously is the best place for them and let us get on with exposing frauds on the small shareholder, which is what this BB is for.

I trust you have a great day just like me.

AdieH - 15 May 2007 15:30 - 693 of 2037

If you actually read the financials you would know that the directors are only drawing a small salary, there wealth will come with their share options you dumb arse... Check the facts before making yourself look even more of a pr... You are a liar and a very uneducated person and if it takes this sort of abuse to make you realise then it will continue...

David10B - 15 May 2007 15:37 - 694 of 2037

Please AdieH try to write in English.

I can though, should you wish, correspond with you in Latin.

Please kindly refrain from profanity, it is so uncivilised.

AdieH - 15 May 2007 15:43 - 695 of 2037

Its the only language you understand mate... Oh Latin there's another link to WAXMAN...

I would suggest as you have such a beef with Richard Worthington then you should email him direct rather than trying to preach to the converted, were not interested in your warped view of COH... I am currently in long after top slicing and hoping to use my Tax break because I have held for more than 2 years...

Do you want Richards email address? If not then stop ranting about him on this board...

David10B - 15 May 2007 15:52 - 696 of 2037

Come, come, come my dear chap, if you are not interested, then why do you continue to reply with such a vigour?

Are these not financial discussion BBs?

Is this not the place talk about PLC's and those that run them.

Are not contrary views and an honest debate an integral part of our great British democracy, why on earth would you seek to stiffle such?

Are you that limited of perception?

Or just an Orwellian by desire?.

I was not aware that I was ranting about anyone, if that is so, I most certainly offer my apologies.

Have a nice day!

AdieH - 15 May 2007 15:59 - 697 of 2037

Please read your previous posts in regard to RW if that is not ranting or personal abuse I don't know what is, I welcome debate but you seem to have a personal vendetta against RW... You seem to think that your point of view is the one and only point of view we should listen to. Please read the RNS again the company has 10 million pound to invest, does CFE has such funds. No it is going down the franchise route... Bring something of relelvance to this debate it is the COH thread so most people here are holders or potential holders and will side on the positives of this company...

dclinton - 15 May 2007 16:18 - 698 of 2037

Please, all of you, just stop bickering and name calling like children.

I come to this board for sensible conversation and information, not to see this kind of squabbling. I'm sure I could get enough of that on ADVFN if I wanted to.

This is an open board and people are entitled to express their opinions, whether positive or negative, about a stock. I assume that most of us here are mature investors and can make up our own minds on a stock. Please let's stop the trolling, insinuation, name-calling and character assassination that are just a waste of everyone's time.

David10B - 15 May 2007 16:25 - 699 of 2037

Quite right, I agree with you entirely.

What I have posted here is fact and nothing but.

I said the price would fall fast and it has.

All I have taken for my pains is abuse and it should stop.

I suggest AdieH gives some solid reason as to why people should risk their savings and buy the share.

Just as I have given solid reasons why you should sell it

Have a nice day..

dclinton - 15 May 2007 16:55 - 700 of 2037

David, I am perfectly happy when you post facts and opinions, and I fully acknowledge that you have called this one pretty accurately, but please stop baiting the other members of this group. It only fans the flames.

I am intrigued by today's slight recovery, especially after the precipitous drop this morning. I see that COH has now closed back at the 200-day MA. It will be interesting if support continues at that level tomorrow. (As you may be able to tell, I am more of a TA guy than a fundamentals guy)

I closed out about 40% of my position this morning - I still have faith in the longer-term outlook for COH but it was weighing too heavily on my portfolio. As I mentioned before, I top-sliced out my original investment a while ago but it is still nervewracking to give back so much of my profits.

David10B - 15 May 2007 17:07 - 701 of 2037

Please be warned.

No matter what AdieH andn other holders and rampers may tell you. Despite this well favctored RNS. there were 1,300,000.00 sells today. against 500.000 buys.

The price was marked up on the hype of the RNS but will continue its downward trend when all dies down.

Even if COH opens 30 new outlets, they still have to make a profit and at making profits COH still has a long way to go.

AdieH makes a big deal out of the money COH has available, however I dont as they have not made it from profits!

After 7 years in the game: They have taken it off shareholders through cash calls. and my friends look how fat the city has got on placing your money into dilutionary new shares.

No I dont like Mr Worthington, or his antics and I certainly dont like Diggle Investments.

Have a nice evening, its pub night tonight, a nice relaxing game of darts.

David10B - 15 May 2007 17:15 - 702 of 2037

DC I am no fool, as I said right at the start it would be far better to say nowt and let the share price do the talking.

I also rounded off in response to AdieH by stating the old maxim of; when there is nothing more to be said some fool always says it.

I thank you for your kind acknowledgement, however COH was well researched and is very much HIGH RISK.

I believe it will fall further and I have little faith in the longer term propect as I believe the markets will be saturated with highly competitive coffee shops, both indigenous and international.

COH has in fact missed the boat.

Best wishes and good luck. CFE looks interesting at least I will give the Board 100%.

dclinton - 15 May 2007 17:27 - 703 of 2037

Well, I've got a chunk of cash sitting in my broker account as of this morning that needs re-investment somewhere. I'll head over to the CFE thread and DMOR. I'm a little concerned that last year the Coffee Republic here in Chiswick was converted to a Starbucks (luckily we still have a Caffe Nero) but if they can break into some of the Eastern European markets then there seems to be room for expansion. More of that on another thread...

AdieH - 15 May 2007 17:28 - 704 of 2037

Well I kept mine as there was no reason for the dramatic drop of the last few days, for anyone who got in at 50p then it would have been a concern but most of the posters on here at least have been holding for some time thus could afford to take a slight hit on paper profits. I myself am waiting to use the 2 year tax break on AIM... I have no issues with negative comments if they can be backed up, I do not appreciate people making such comments about board members...

Agree dclinton that tomorrow will be interesting, the board have made everyone aware what the situation is so hopefully in the near future we will get facts about the future roll out... I stand by my estimate that we will see 1.00 in 12-18 months (if everything comes off)... Good Luck to holders.

dclinton - 15 May 2007 17:35 - 705 of 2037

Well, COH seem to have built a good presence in various countries and if they can get to a stage of profitability then I don't see why we can't get good growth out of them over the next few years.

They're still my biggest holding, but seemed a prudent time to adjust the balance of my portfolio and locking in some profit. Got any other good prospects on your radar that I can check out? It's been a while since I added anything to my portfolio so seems a good time to start hunting out some new stars.

AdieH - 15 May 2007 17:47 - 706 of 2037

ACC for the future, they seem to have sorted themselves out and starting to sign significant contracts... SEO might be worth a look but its a serious gamble but huge upside if this new management can sort themselves out and sign big deals (high risk possible high rewards)...

David10B - 15 May 2007 17:57 - 707 of 2037

AdiedH

Look at your comments!! Shocking, unfounded and without warrant.

Did I not say before becoming embroiled in all this to let the share price do the talking!

However what is said is said.

DC

I research all my stuff thoroughly.

I was first alerted to MLR by a Mike Walters feature and tip.

I did not buy it, but had it on my watch list for years.

It went down and down to almost nothing.

Now the fortunes have changed and MLR is vertually a brand new company.

Have a look and see if you can see the massive, yes massive upside.

I am also into PLE, OMH, LUP, AMS, CFE, GDP, DISL and a few others

Best wishes and good luck.

proteus - 15 May 2007 18:15 - 708 of 2037

As for todays movements it looks as though there were some BOTS running.A mark down by the MM's triggered automated trades of about 3600 a time kicking in at 36p,you can see a number of repeat sells at that price. The price continued to drift down to the point where a buy BOT was activated and at 35.5p and a series of buy trades went through in parcels and the price moved back up.It looks like the MM's triggered the BOTs which is in their interest as they make money on the trades. That what it looks like to me.
No name calling from me but I reserve the right to inform pi's about any poster with an agenda and to point out inconsistencies. This person wants COH to fall as he's got a beef with the management.

AdieH - 15 May 2007 18:19 - 709 of 2037

Good points proteus, I was unaware of how these worked but the information is enlightening. Thanks.
