Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

kate bates - 13 Nov 2007 10:43 - 6916 of 7315

NOT GOOD ENOUGH THIS, YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS AT THIS RATE. THIS IS AN OCCURING PROBLEM EVERYDAY WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SORTED WEEKS AGO. CHANGE YOUR FEED SUPPLY IF THEY ARE THE PROBLEM.

kate bates - 13 Nov 2007 10:56 - 6917 of 7315

BACK CORRECT NOW.

Isaacs - 13 Nov 2007 11:15 - 6918 of 7315

RIO level 2 playing up. I despair.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 13 Nov 2007 11:17 - 6919 of 7315

Ian

Isaacs - 13 Nov 2007 11:27 - 6920 of 7315

Fine now Ian but sad to say lost all confidence in it being correct at the moment and have to watch the yellow strip and cross check with another provider all the time.

kate bates - 13 Nov 2007 12:45 - 6921 of 7315

ISYS now got incorrect data in the book, can anyone hear my screams????

IanT(MoneyAM) - 13 Nov 2007 12:47 - 6922 of 7315

kate,

We are listening to you, and we are working to resolve this - when you report a problem which is related to this ongoing issue, we do our best to resolve that report and then sweep for any other issues. However, we are also working to resolve the wider issue which is at the root of this.

Apologies,

Ian

kate bates - 13 Nov 2007 14:16 - 6923 of 7315
