Evening all - just time for a swift g+t to boost up the sugar levels, whilst doing battle in the kitchen

Kayak - 30 May 2004 20:10 - 6920 of 23498

Dotel - if you have to battle with the chicken it isn't dead yet.

dotel - 30 May 2004 21:13 - 6921 of 23498

It stopped squawking after I did terrible things at both ends, K. Think it must be in submission now.

You're sitting on them, get a grip there!

Lovely day here in Cheltenham, may have to go out in it.

daves dazzlers - 31 May 2004 12:51 - 6926 of 23498

socrates, did you go to the antique fair yesterday, any good.

snoball - 31 May 2004 12:53 - 6927 of 23498

Nice day here in Sussex also.
I expect lots of people are driving down the A23 in charabancs to enjoy sitting
in deckchairs and building sand castles in Brighton.
Of course there is rarely any sand for them to do so but that doesn't seem to
prevent them from coming.

Socrates - 31 May 2004 13:35 - 6928 of 23498

Snoball
How quaint "charabancs", do people still use them? More likely parked in a traffic jam somewhere. I thought those who visited Brighton these days hired deckchairs and binoculars on the "nudey" beach.

stockbunny - 31 May 2004 15:25 - 6929 of 23498

brief Hello to one and all...
I see I crashed and burnt on the horses on Saturday as well as on
the lottery - never mind!!

Yes I know I should sort the broker thing out - but it works OK generally
I am a strange soul, I like to decide and act, to have it pre-organised
I just don't think would work for me - takes all the spontaneous fun/stress
out of it all and wouldn't suit the stress/adrenilin Bunny junkie...
((Its OK I know I'm a bit strange and fully accept it so don't worry))

Just shelled out a ridiculous amount for a new washer/dryer today. Can
these appliances get any more technical than they are now? Geesh!! This
thing apparently doesn't have drive-belts etc, it's all techno-driven.
Well it better be, I expected it to last FOREVER to pay for itself!

Have a great rest of weekend people and see you all tomorrow....

Golddog - 31 May 2004 20:07 - 6930 of 23498

Well i just had a bbq on my own in my shorts sitting in the cold, and thought i'd better come inside now. I'm starting to miss the Spanish life (woman), better get a grip although on the brighter side i am off on holiday again next weekend but just down devon.

Pint of Best.
The Best is Bods.
:-)

dotel - 31 May 2004 20:13 - 6931 of 23498

Gd - why didn't you invite us over??

Golddog - 31 May 2004 20:14 - 6932 of 23498

You might make a mess dotel!
:-)

Golddog - 31 May 2004 20:35 - 6933 of 23498
