MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

LOL!

Tabatha - you got what you wanted be it right or wrong. I just love getting you going. ;-))))))))

BTW, I've many reasons for hanging around here - one tends to stick with the stocks you know, regardless. The banter with MDX is an added pleasure.

;-0

PS - if you've been so successful this quarter and claim to have covered your MDX losses many times over now, why can't you just take the hit and move on? The only logical reason really is that you've been "economical with the truth", my friend. No surprise there then.

ptholden - 11 Apr 2009 22:18 - 6937 of 8631

Haven't really be paying much attention to MDX since they delisted, but have caught up with the thread on here and in the Zoo today.

I'm not entirely sure that I can believe what I've been reading; am I right in understanding that BJM is proposing that new and existing investors can contribute to a fund raising at 10p per share? I always wondered why BJM spent so much time posting on a public financial BB and never thought for one moment it was for the benefit of anyone else (after all he's happily ripped off every company he's been involved in). Seems he had an idea he was going to need a numpty pool of investors to turn to at some point in the future and by accommodating their desperate needs (Stockholm Syndrome) he might actually pull it off. The company isn't worth more than a penny, even if it does manage to list on PLUS.

Dil - stop shit stirring :)

Thanks for the link Jeffie. I think the parallel between the Blue Sky Summary comment and 2009 sales is entirely appropriate. Q1 sales of 35k isn't a good start for the year. Seems BJM and GC are not overly confident on basing the options on SP performance, which is mostly out of their control (although BJM does have a fine history of ramping in this respect). Were I invloved in this mess I would certainly be concerned at the EBIDTA element, MDX are not exactly innocent in accounts manipulation!!

I don't understand why BJM doesn't raise the 6M himself, he's seems to have loads of mates who like to invest in Blue Sky companys, why share the wealth?

jkd - 12 Apr 2009 19:56 - 6941 of 8631

pth
good or bad we aint supposed to stitch our mates up,( sharing the unrealised and unlikely wealth) although it seems some do,
sad world. not saying he or anyone one else has. it does happen.its an opinion type of thing, only time will tell.

what ho Peter .... long time no hear, though i had a report the other day that you were messing about in boats again in the Outer Hebrides or thereabouts! ..... do i take it that in that case you will not be in the Gulf in May? ..... i shall be in Mumbai from about 10th and shall then spend a few days in Dubai - may even have a special treat of going up to the Kingdom!

B J Muncaster - 13 Apr 2009 08:59 - 6943 of 8631

Gausie,

I refer you to your post number 6934, copied here:
Gausie - 09 Apr 2009 21:28 - 6934 of 6942
Hey tabs - lets go back to post 6912 where you comment on the similarity between BJM and Lester Piggot .....

I don't think you're being entirely fair. Ok, they were both convicted as liars, frauds and cheats; but I don't think BJM served time did he?

I have no problem with anyone's opinion, nor am I against the banter that goes on on BBs. But I do object to lies and libellous ones in particular.

You have stated that I have been convicted of being a liar, a fraud and a cheat. Your statement is untrue and damaging. Either provide evidence or withdraw your statement.

Treblewide - 13 Apr 2009 15:18 - 6944 of 8631

god here comes the numptie's hero...tabby must be creaming his wee pants.

did anyone find out if you can short PLUS shares? as this stitch up is a sure fire way to make more money on the short side

cynic - 13 Apr 2009 15:20 - 6945 of 8631

Mr Muncaster ..... i cannot comment on your personal morality, and though (thank goodness) i do not hold any shares in your company, perhaps you could tell all the poor sucker-shareholders exactly why they should support your company and/or what you have done that is so wonderful that you (and your board) should not be thrown out on your ears without filling your wallets on departure.

tabasco - 13 Apr 2009 19:04 - 6946 of 8631

CynicI usually take your comments as well thought out and fairly balanced.it does surprise me somewhat that you would state such an oppinion without knowing the background of Barrys current involvementas you are probably aware I have been invested for many years from Barrys beginning to TLFBT attempted assaination of the Company.
My total investment would now be history if it wasnt for Barry/Garrys interventionin short he has saved all holders from a total wipeout
Barry if you are around let me give you the rundown on a couple of the anti MDX gang
Gausie is evidently a man of meanshe never says what he means and never means what he sayshe talks bo**ocks and is a confused lad that is a bit of a twat.if you dont get his statement withdrawn with his usual strategically timed editing I will be very surprised
Treblewideor as he is know in the trade as Trig.is a little short up tophence the nickname.never buys a broom?lives in squalor and on deep fried Mars bars
Dilas you know is not a fan of yours Barrythere has been runnings on ADVFNbut he is a holder of MDX sharesjust about says it all I supposejust likes to ruffle a few feathershes Welsh?drives a Mondeoshops in B&Q on a Wednesday with his Nan as companyand lives in a semi

Tabatha - I want to see some folk take the pain, you included. It should've been obvious even to a dimwit like you.
We all know the suffering TFLBT has caused good people with his liesdecietand fraud
That cnut is only posting for the joy of seeing those good people taking immense pain
Barry you have a round up of the worst that are desperate for the Company to fail95% of shareholders know the amount of work you have put in to secure a futurehaving to deal with these morons on a daily basis is a piece of pissy compared to what has been acheaved at Meldex Towers over the last three and a bit Months
Thanks for showing your face over hereand you have almost all investors support

cynic - 13 Apr 2009 19:53 - 6947 of 8631

i am sure "your man" is perfectly capable of answering for himself and to explain perfectly well why he and his board should not be given their marching orders without a well-filled wallet .....however, i would hazard a guess that he will choose not to do so.

it galls me considerably that if one has the balls to run one's own business, but it fails, for whatever reason, any cash put in, pension and quite possibly the house are all lost.

on the other hand, if you persuade some public company to make you head honcho or at least put you on the board, chances are that in the event of the company's demise, you'll walk away grinning like the cheshire cat.

of course the really smart ones get themselves persuaded to resign with a fat package before the shit really hits the fan, and then take on non-exec positions, whose value are usually questionable, but whose recompense for hours worked is mind-boggling.

jkd - 13 Apr 2009 20:12 - 6948 of 8631

BJM
whilst you are over here i should like to take this opportunity to ask you directly when the fully audited accounts will be available. i know this relates to business carried on prior to your appointment and relates to company financial matters whilst others were in control, but nonetheless it is a very important matter, given all the conjecture that abounds. no doubt you would like to draw a line under this subject once and for all so all can start on a fresh footing.
will they be available to all prior to the closing date of the SCLN? and if not might it be possible to delay that closing date until they are? and if not what is the reason?
i did suggest this in a previous post of mine along with asking the question ' is this unreasonable'? so its nice to be able to now ask you directly.
look forward to your response
regards
jkd

"We all know the suffering TFLBT has caused good people with his liesdecietand fraud"

Bulls**t! He's no different from many and I'd certainly refute the "good people" bit. A right bunch of stupid numpties, the lot of you, Tabatha, and the only mates many of them seem to have are in the zoo.

I think pth has hit the whole BPRG/MDx thing on the head perfectly - Stockholm Syndrome. Brilliant!

tabasco - 13 Apr 2009 21:43 - 6950 of 8631

No need to answer any questions Barrythey all come from people that have zero financial interest in the company and therefore forfeit any right to seek answersend of story!!!I do have a large interest as you know and I am more than happy with your progressI dont seek a thousand answers
Bouncydoes PTH agree with your statement I want to see some folk take the painwe dont rate each other but I doubt if he doesyoure the only cnut on these bbs that could come up with that degree of vindictiveness.I am waiting for the guilt to kick in and that famous phrase you use so eloquentlyit was only a joke.fu*k off!!!

clearly there are a number of very sore investors in this stock - and not sore without reason.

since the CEO(?) of Meldex has seen fit to join in the commentary, i await with interest, though without expectation, to see if he now has the guts to stand up here to defend the company and the actions of his board tand o explain what they have collectively done for the shareholders to warrant the (large) salaries + fringe benefits which no doubt they voted to themselves

tabasco - 14 Apr 2009 07:52 - 6954 of 8631

Good morning all.JKDthere is more chance in John Paul II
