Time now for all us Wiggins watchers to move with the times and start using Planestation, the new company identity. The name Wiggins Group plc has now disappeared from the database at Companies House and Planestation is now listed on the LSE website.
So fellow travellers, forget Wiggins, the name of the game is now PLANESTATION. Lets hope it goes like an express train.

Seems like something is going on here. The MMs have soaked up alot of sells recently and have now ticked the price up without any buys.
Rumoured on another BB to be an undisclosed property sale!

One crossing and 2 late trades of 22m all at 6.15p - any thoughts ?
Orson - are you saying sorry because you sold 22m shares?

No, no, just for having edited some wrong thoughts I posted originally a few moments before.
I think we have just a buy of exactly 22 mln at 6.15p, worked over some considerable time (days, at least - explains the mopping-up). Obtained by the buyer from a MM who has been on the offer throughout, who - by prior arrangement - has acquired them from a MM who has been on the bid throughout.
Mmmmmm.
But what is this 16:09 trade in the warrants - 24mln + @ 0.80p? Not in Cum Vol and not reported on other feeds?

Come back into PTG this morning, and now oh heck someone has just sold 5 million, perhaps he has made an error of judgement!! couldn't be me (famous last words) the price has held firm perhaps someone is soaking up the stock here. Quiet on the news front lately, should be something about Liverpool soon, it is overdue.

My trade not recorded in the 'trades'. Broker must be either taking a position or matching orders, either way it shows that the trades recorded do not always reflect a true picture. Not that my trade will make any difference!!

Socs, thanks for the news, as you are aware when the BIP is open and active then cargo throughput will increase significantly, after that its the passengers that are needed, hope they don't get too tied up in racecourse developments,(not the passengers) that could IMO become somewhat of a distraction. Has any indication been given as to the opening of the BIP and have you heard any more about the Liverpool disposal?
Unrelated subject but did you receive my email re stock selection?

What I found most interesting was the piece about the new customer, United Arabian Airlines, that may lead to more opportunities because of their links with other carriers. They have a small website:

Small website, large business, could be a major move forward for PTG and explain some stock firmness this week.
Notice that the sells were soaked up nicely, dealers lowered the bid towards the end but kept the offer high. I take that as being quite positive, may have read that wrong, if so would be pleased to read any other views.

Planestation FY losses widen on lack of property disposals
LONDON (AFX) - Planestation Group PLC reported a widening in its post-exceptional pretax losses during a full year to March which the company described as a turning point for PlaneStation.
It said it is now "better placed financially, structurally and strategically" to move forward.
It reported a pretax loss after exceptional charges of 17.0 mln stg compared with 12.8 mln, on turnover of 12.2 mln stg compared with 38.1 mln.
It said the increased losses were due to the absence of property disposals in the current year and a number of one-off charges.
Property sales were just 1.8 mln in this financial year compared with 32.1 mln in 2002/03 and this resulted in a property operating loss of 8.1 mln stg in the current financial year.
The company also said it may seek other parties to consider joint ventures or partnerships.

Socs you have now shattered my view of UAL. I was firmly convinced that a company from that part of the world would be well equiped and moving large quantities of freight.
AN12's and a ........DC8 is that a Dakota? if it is I didn't realise they were still flying 'over the water'
Ah well looks like I will have to wait a while longer before I get my beamer.
Point to note the DC8 will be airbourne before you get to your top speed, so don't forget to keep your flaps
in neutral :-))

The (renewed) application for the racecourse has been published on the Redbridge Council Website.
I have copied the listing and a link below.
Now dont get carried away Im not saying the racecourse plans have been approved (not yet but when they are approved you will hear me shout about it).
But I am definitely saying that the (revised) plans will be re-considered by the council.
Good luck
