The Board of Superscape has noted the recent press comment and confirms it is in
preliminary talks which may or may not lead to a recommended cash offer being
made for the Company.



Whilst there can be no assurance that an offer will be made, it is anticipated
that any such offer, if made, would be at a significant premium to the current
share price.

Just following on from previous post - the campaign is gathering momentum and the number of disgruntled PI's is increasing by the day. Act now to stop this bid by posting your shareholding ( and agreement that you will reject the offer from GLU ) to the e-mail address above. Must act quickly on this to get sufficient numbers to force some leverage in the situation - possibly to demand an EGM to put forward the thoughts of the group.

GLU have acted when the company share price is at its most vulnerable , the directors have shown who's side the are on - act now to prevent this injustice.

This has been a woeful stock for so long I'm surprised anyone thinks any Action ( by us Retail Shareholders) will do any good - the flip-side is it might dealy the bid - or scupper it altogether!

Personally I got out at higher prices, I think 24p just covered my investment. The fact is that Management was indifferent to shareholders as I recall from a couple of AGM at their UK offices. The last one I attended was enough and so I sold out 95% of my holding. The few I have now are to remind me not to hold on for so long.
The time faor action was about 4 years ago when Management first thought they could sell the business for MegaBucks ( to Disney etc), but they never pulled it off.

Their policy was to create games based on blockbuster videos, to play on telephones - frankly I never thought anyone would pay good money for a 2" view. At least a "ringtone" can be heard by everyone in the room, demonstratiing your personal importance ( or making you look a noisy prat, depending upon yr viewpoint!).
An expensive game merely wastes times and ruins your eyesight, whilst telling everyone else you are doing nothing useful.
I rest my case.
