THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

PS I should have said plastic ARMCHAIR Marxist, cause you can't be arsed to vote!

Chris Carson - 09 Apr 2016 23:56 - 69920 of 81564

PPS I take it as an honour you have filtered me Freddy Boy, just think of the multitudes who have filtered you over the years. So much so in fact they have left MAM, you must be so proud!

The Guardian
"Cameron faces questions over £200,000 gift from mother". Now I am no fan of Cameron but I feel like flapping my elbows and clucking fowl language when I read such irrelevant nonsense.
More obscene is the inheritance tax which is snaring more and more as house prices rise. Good on Cameron's mother for taking the right steps to ensure her money goes where she wants it. Rather that than some slack-chinned civil servant sending it to Pakistan.

Fred1new - 10 Apr 2016 09:46 - 69923 of 81564

It.

Sounds like time for you to leave the country!

jimmy b - 10 Apr 2016 10:43 - 69924 of 81564

You got that right Chris ,you should add to that bloody hypocrite .

Interesting article in the Times magazine by Trevor Phillips ,"what do British Muslims really think" to be followed by a programme this week ,it shows what we fear, that they don't want to integrate .

grannyboy - 10 Apr 2016 10:51 - 69925 of 81564

Yes isn't it strange when you get socialist lefties intimating that if you don't like something or disagree with an ideology, they should think about leaving THEIR country...

I suppose that's to make way for ALL the 'destitute' fleeing persecuted migrants that wish to adapt to our way of life and culture....

jimmy b - 10 Apr 2016 10:57 - 69926 of 81564

Did Fred say that ?

Has anyone ever thought despite the handle of Fred , maybe he's an immigrant ,maybe he's a Muslim who wants Sharia law .

It makes me laugh when he was berating me that he doesn't know what colour or race i am either .

Haystack - 10 Apr 2016 12:48 - 69927 of 81564

You mean Mohamfred.

Fred1new - 10 Apr 2016 12:58 - 69928 of 81564

Check I said "the" country.

Possessions, seem important to you.

Or, is it the word "think" you have problems with?

-=====

JB,

Colour, race, or religion haven't been problems for me.

But it does seem to be for you and others on this thread.

-===--

Also, seems the affliction also is one part of Haze's problems.

Just noticed this:

The name Cameron is a Scottish baby name. In Scottish the meaning of the name Cameron is: Derives from a Scottish surname; from the Gaelic meaning crooked or bent nose. A common first name in Scotland, and in 2Oth century Canadian and Australian families of Scottish descent.

Dateline London may be of interest to some.

But JB and mates should avoid it as is seems Con propaganda.

A quote from 2009

http://labourlist.org/2009/05/cameron-i-dont-know-how-many-houses-ive-got/

"Cameron: “I don’t know how many houses I’ve got”

So how many properties do you own? “I own a house in North Kensington which you’ve been to and my house in the constituency in Oxfordshire and that is, as far as I know, all I have.”

A house in Cornwall? “No, that is, Samantha used to have a timeshare in South Devon but she doesn’t any more.” And there isn’t a fourth? “I don’t think so – not that I can think of.” Please don’t say, “Not that I can think of.” “You might be… Samantha owns a field in Scunthorpe but she doesn’t own a house…”
The rest of the interview was punctuated with Cameron’s nagging anxiety about how this exchange was going to make him sound: “I was wondering how that will come across as a soundbite”; “‘Not that I can think of’ makes me sound… I am really worried about that…”; “I am still thinking about this house thing”; and his parting shot was: “Do not make me sound like a prat for not knowing how many houses I’ve got.”"

We don't have to, you have done it yourself.

And take that finger off the bomb button, it's dangerous.

Fred1new - 10 Apr 2016 15:35 - 69932 of 81564

PS. How did he finance the purchases?

cynic - 10 Apr 2016 16:30 - 69933 of 81564

69925 - that is an unfair smear

many if not most immigrant groups will tend to cling together for at least a generation and maybe two
this is partly to do with being comfortable with the things one knows and understands, and partly because resident society will not want or even willingly allow integration

as time passes, and particularly as intermarriage becomes accepted, these barriers are broken down

Don't change the subject E/L.. As we continue to enjoy the right wing exposure of their ignorance, arrogance and greedy approach to life.

Haystack - 10 Apr 2016 17:40 - 69936 of 81564

Stan
You are so very funny. Miliband used all the tax avoidance open to him when his father died, amounting to several times that of Cameron. Even the Guardian is owned by an offshore company.

I love to see lefties bleating about some new piece of trivia.

Cameron's Panamanian Song Titles

Money money money, from my mummy, it's a rich boys world!
Owing Me, Owing You
I Hid It My Way
Dodging 9 'til 5
Walk Like A Panamanian
Daddy was a tax dodger, but he never hurt nobody, he just loved to live that way - & he loved to steal your money
Somewhere Only We Know
Stuck in the Fiddle With You
My Old Man's a Trust Man
I will do anything for love…but I won't do VAT
Like a Virgin Isle, taxed for the very first time
Papa don't leech
I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay. Ain't it sad?
You pay it best, when you pay nothing at all
Whats the story thieving Tory?
(Contempt for) Common People
My money lies over the ocean, my money lies over the sea. My money lies over the ocean, so bring back my money to me
Imagine there's no Haven..........
Hush, little piggy, don't you cry. One day you'll be an off-shore pie

H/S, your fixation with various members of the opposition is an obvious fascination in your world.. Do you collect stamps as well?.
