Another 100,000 shares purchased this morning at 06.58am, still no price movement. Very odd indeed.

Latest news suggests the show is finally on the road!

Now with the shipping rights sorted, what else can hold this back, as it seems to be one thing after another. Spread still moving during the day, so much so, that the mms are getting confused between purchases and sales.

expert - 17 Jan 2007 16:32 - 10 of 21

We are now waiting for the first contract to be signed which can be any day. Once this happens, we won't see these levels anymore.

oilyrag - 23 Jan 2007 13:49 - 11 of 21

Does anyone know what an L trade is. They always appear to occur very late on in the day, then get recorded on the following days trades page, but not counted as sales or purchases. Are they limit orders or are they shares being taken out of the market for institutions?

oilyrag - 23 Jan 2007 15:01 - 12 of 21

Found it, its a late trade.

oilyrag - 23 Jan 2007 15:39 - 13 of 21

I wonder if, the three consecutive sales of 10,000 shares all at the same price, are in fact sales by brokers to institutions, because they always get a bargain. I get the feeling that we are slowly being conned, but then I'm not selling yet.

oilyrag - 23 Jan 2007 16:01 - 14 of 21

Has everyone gone mad, 75,000 shares sold out in half an hour, against no news? Obviously not everyone has enough patience to reap the rewards. This is fast becoming a liquid stock, so much so that when it goes, there will be no return to its current SP. Intrestingly the SP hasn't flinched with all these sales so therefore someone is mopping them up, which confirms my suspicions.

oilyrag - 29 Jan 2007 10:04 - 15 of 21

Another 1,500,000 shares gone to institutions, Throgmorton trust held by AXA S.A. this represents 4.48% of the company. Miraculously the SP didn't flinch during buying of these shares. We are being conned.

oilyrag - 31 Jan 2007 19:05 - 16 of 21

That's better.

< en brevite ...lol oui ! vraiment ! Without wishing to sound unkind- but unfortunately the market is a very nasty unkind place; and losses can be incurred evn on the best of smallcaps with a little massaging manipulation There are DOGS , ABSOLUTE DOGS and then there is TMC . And this is a dog by any other name . ..Prattled on about it for years on MF . Ever since inception @ 2.5 it has gone backwards- and the although i cant recall the exact consolidation it equates to the stock now being worth about 1.3p . lt would be more productive brushing Londons streets than investing in this share . Unless it be a bit of fun ...@ J.......have RAB reduced holding

oilyrag - 01 Feb 2007 07:21 - 18 of 21

Consolidation at 2.5p was at 40 to 1. New price, 100p at the time of consolidation. I don't believe this stock to be a DOG as you put it. As of up to yesterday the price hadn't gained any momentum for two main reasons, firstly, the full MPSA hasn't been issued because the Phillipine govn. want some sort of vat leaching or pal plant set up to increase the value of the resource leaving Palawan. There is a feasability study in progress at the moment. Secondly, the weather hasn't helped delaying first shipment, when TMC will convert to a producer. If you took the time to do the sums, you will realise that the potential dividend on this epic in 5 or 6 years time is equivalent to the current purchase price of the share. That is assuming no further dilution, dividend equal to about 25% of profit per share, and that they havn't been taken out by a larger concern. The main reason for a flat SP during this year is due to the 10p or so spread that has shadowed this share. This huge spread has detered many private investors, and many who havn't in my mind, been patient enough have sold out too early. If this is a DOG then why are the institutions mopping up at every opportunity and increasing their %age holding to now well over 75% of the company. Answer.......because of the rewards at the end of the day. A good quality company will always show its value in the end.

oilyrag - 01 Feb 2007 09:32 - 19 of 21

If you look at spread this morning you can see it opening up from 4p to 10p on the trades page in another attempt to curb buying. So far the bid price hasn't moved. How unethical is that. The real rise so far should be 6p and not 3p. Not to worry for now because in a year or two you won't recognise these prices....... Amendment, first sale gone through at 131p but bid still showing 128p, this is to show that the price isn't moving so much. Come on be fair.......As I posted last amendement price they closed the spread.

expert - 01 Feb 2007 14:32 - 20 of 21

The consolidation was 50 to 1

oilyrag - 01 Feb 2007 19:54 - 21 of 21

Sorry expert, you are right, I was so incensed reading the previous post, that I didn't check. I just wanted to get the point accross that this is a good long term investment and just posted from memory.
