The WAP service is now considered to be 'out of beta' and ready for
general use, so if anyone would like to try it, the instructions are here:

Any comments or feedback appreciated. Here are some screenshots of the
service in action...

HT,
Yes, they are email alerts. The point is, e.g. if I arrange for myself
to be email-alerted on fdilke@o2.co.uk, the end result is that a
text arrives on my phone if the alert is triggered.
We did look into setting up our own SMS mechanism, but it's quite
expensive to do so, and the above mechanism is adequate for most people.
Hope this helps

Does anybody have a Java phone (ie. MIDP-enabled) on
which they'd like to try our MIDP service?
It's midway between the WAP service and the full mobile
streaming one in terms of functionality.
Anyone interested please let me know (felix@moneyam.com),

babhere, sorry for slow response.
It's a free service - your normal username/password should work.
Any problems please let us know,

Felix - Thanks for the response. It was me holding down the yes key on the phone too long and causing it to bring the menu up that was causing the problem - dah. Finally in and it looks great just what is needed when on the move. Thanks again.

Shadowfax,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a watchlist on the WAP service - this can however be done on the streaming handheld service.
