VTB shares are being bought by the company's own board members in significant lots. Could be at 10.00 by Xmas I hear.

Looks like 7p may be current target for today, if so expect a pull back to mid 5 even next week before moving onto 7 and 8.

If not on-board would wait for a pull-back
