New CEO appointed today. This often makes a difference. The shares have been approx. 11p to buy for some time and there are not many in the market so it will not take a great deal of buying to move them. Worth a look and perhaps a little gamble. Good CCTV services always in demand nowadays.

Certainly a mixed bag of results with plenty to reflect on.IMO key to coes future depends on the company winning more contracts.
Some bull points to consider
1)"Andrew Wallace, Chief Executive Officer, has conditionally agreed to subscribe in aggregate for
500,000 Placing Shares in the Placing. Following completion of the Placing, Mr Wallace will hold
500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company."
2)"Results for six months ending 31 December 2004 are expected to show
substantial improvement over the corresponding period in 2003."
3)"Improvement reflects strongly recovering revenues, which are expected
to be more than 35 per cent. higher than the corresponding period in 2003,
and reduction in cost base implemented 12 months ago."
4) "If the recent level of sales can be maintained then we
believe that the business is capable of returning to profit in the short term.
We are now in a position to grow the Group."
So Wallace is stumping up 40k ,Interims in March are likely to show significant improvements, and the group may announce back to profitability
I will hold as I dont think this is a basket case .

Maybe some big firms may look to use the likes of COE'S CCTV services with the recent bombings.I've read that MI5 have given advice to firms on security measures.
