looking at my watch list, BP seems to be streaming fine but the smaller companies seem to be stuck showing yesterday's closing price, price changes and volume?

We are looking into this, but due to the outage we had earlier we may not be able to remove these old prices.

I rather have a small outage to resolve than have incorrect data all day!

I understand what you are saying - this problem shoudl mainly be affecting the smaller caps,and the Sets should on the whole be fine, but if I do make any headway, I will let you know.

Service is excellent, but outages are unacceptable especially in this business.

Thank you for your feedback - we did suffer an outage with our streaming services on Tuesday of this week which was out of hands, and resolved as soon as possible.

We try to maintain the best service we can and are proud of our record when it comes to site 'up time'. However, there is no internet site in the world that could guarentee 100% up time, and it is our job to limit any problems, which we have and will continue to be very successful in doing.
