With small companies like this, you do have to be aware that it can be a very risky investment. Please do a lot of research and check all aspects of the company before investing a single penny.

I aint pooh-poohing this one, but I think I would watch for a long time first. The spread is likely to narrow considerably long before any rise in the offer. Not for me with a spread this size.
