Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Have just discovered that I have been logged in as Kayak. Haven't the faintest idea how, but haven't done him any (serious!) harm. Never met him, haven't a clue what his log-in is or anything so wonder how this has happened! Anyhow, got booted out also, but got a bit of a shock!

I don't know if you want Level 2 comments on this thread, but anyway:

First impression: very good.

First enhancement request: it's annoying not being able to change the window size. There's not much point in giving us the ability to select a smaller font size if you can't shrink the window as well to free up some screen area.

edit - Ah, I've just seen the other thread and the Control-N trick for resizing. Happy now :-)

Went back to home page and al ok.

Martini: Login bug has been causing us much fun&games. IST passed across a new update over to MoneyAM this afternoon which should improve things no end -- and just in case it doesn't we're logging more details on funny behaviour.

Hopefully this will be live soon. JT will be able to give you an indication of when this new version is switched in.

MoneyAM, I often use my 800 x 600 screen for access and the width is too wide. It's particularly irritating on the BB listing page where I have to scroll horizontally to see the number of unread posts on a thread. Is there some way round this?

Are there still problems with the login and it showing you to be logged out? Or can we officially class that as a squashed bug?

Do you know when AM will add live streaming intraday with tools?

With ADVFN streaming down I didn't realise how much I use streaming charts etc AND ESPECIALLY THE TRADE HIGH/LOWS

Mike - got any idea when you are going to have TRADE H/L in all the various Quote, Watch, etc screens?

Please see bug reported on the Stockwatch beta page - summary, 2 different pages of stockwatch don't work together properly and they hang GNI Touch!

I hope you can solve the login bugs quickly because I get problems everyday in trying to log in. Irritation has its limits therefore I hope the solution isn't too far off.

Shezzalad: There was a new release today, so things should have got better.
If you're still getting this behaviour on Friday could you let us know - along with any details (browser/OS/3rd party software such as Semantec Personal Firewall) and what you did when you see the login. Thanks.
