LONDON (AFX) - Provexis PLC said it has entered into a long-term collaboration agreement with Unilever PLC to jointly develop a new concentrated format of its patented Fruitflow heart-health technology for application in Unilever's food product portfolio.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The partners plan to enter into a global licence arrangement for the technology.

Fruitflow is a patented natural extract from tomato which Provexis said has been shown in human trials to reduce the propensity for aberrant blood clotting that is typically associated with cardiovascular disease and which can lead to heart attack or stroke.

In 2005 the market for heart benefit foods was worth 4 bln usd globally, Provexis added.

Considering the growth potential this share has a target of about 8-10p in the medium tern and is a good buy at current levels

It seems to me that if investors have an opportunity to buy any no. of extra shares at 2.5p it's a golden opportunity a no brainer! I shall look forward to it.

Buys now out weighing sells. All those sells being mopped here over the last few days. Not for nothing! Always said long term, always said share was ahead of its self. This will make me rich one day. aimvho. gla

there's a huge number of buys going through but the sp hasn't reflected that at all. a large proportion are automated too. can't see whats happening on plus market but i guess it's similar.
why is this not pushing back to opening price at least with the strong demand?

I'll bet it bounces up towards close of mkt. I'm hoping if holders can buy as many as they wish at 2.5p to buy back my original stake and keep the profits in theory anyway.

M+ ..... don't know either but CHWI is too small for CFD and i have a natural aversion to (prejudice against!) chinese stocks and BPC is also tiny ..... have enough micro-minnows for now in any case

Ek is shorting this ....once again.....to me this looks like another Stanelco with big things that never come to fruition (get it fruit...oh ! never mind)....2.5 p it just shows...it will take years before the aspiriny things come on the market...

Yes because this is very risky...those like yourself have done incredibly well to pick this out at a penny but now at 7p or so it could easily crash back to 3p....so you have to be wary...!.
