nice to know you got out with all your bits , driver. i have only heard reports on the radio. not looking forward to watching footage on the news later.

I wonder if ii was the a-hole that phoned our office today, looking to take out a T10 on Stagecoach ....

The person was politely told to f off ....

Well said everyone with one notable exception. Please do not give him one ounce of respectibility by ever responding again. He has to be mentally ill. I hope all the people I have come to "know" on these BB's are safe and well.

Glad to hear all ok driver. What is that you keep posting for Bos? All I get is a red cross.

paulmasterson1 - 07 Jul 2005 20:26 - 7030 of 27111

Chiva Hi,

Only seemed to work when I visited the website, so they must be preventing hyperlinking ....

Once you have visited the website, the picture will be in your cache, and you can right-click and 'show picture' on the cross

Cheers,

Regarding ii, is there no moderator that can 'miserable' the prat?

His rantings can be ignored but he has sunk to new depths.

You are your own moderator. People who choose to view the ii postings get what they want. The rest of us just squelch him. Simple :)

angi - 07 Jul 2005 21:44 - 7033 of 27111

Well moneyam

you've prettied things up but it's absolutely no use if I can't get the latest information (I've tried several times) nor can I get back to bulletin board without scrolling back up to the top and clicking investors.

what a wast of time

Chiva20 - 07 Jul 2005 21:58 - 7034 of 27111

thanks paul

superrod - 07 Jul 2005 22:21 - 7035 of 27111

terrible news indeed today. a colleague told me about it and of course i assumed he was joking.....until i watched my monitor go 100% red in a flash.

as the resident basher is conspicuous by his absence i suppose there really is no point in asking him NOT to post misleading info. ( he complains often enough about others ).
i refer of course to his "downtrend "graph which has appeared several times now. the timescale is now a whole month.....hardly a TREND. the other times he posted it the timescale was less.

ps

anyone who is out and about tomorrow, keep your wits about you. be safe all.

dclinton - 07 Jul 2005 22:22 - 7036 of 27111

angi - try clicking 'Thread List' alongside the other buttons at the bottom of the page.

bosley - 07 Jul 2005 23:09 - 7037 of 27111

driver, can't see whatever it is that you are posting . i hope it's funny. been watching the news. god help us.

angi - 07 Jul 2005 23:22 - 7038 of 27111

dclinton - thanks, I have found it, just returned to moneyam SEO and have clicked 352 and found the latest 'information'. I can always find something to complain about but if it's not broke, why can't they leave things alone.
Today's drop in sp can probably be blamed on the bombs. How long will it be before SEO starts its upward march again?

bosley - 08 Jul 2005 07:19 - 7039 of 27111

morning all. back to normal. rns seems to be down.

aldwickk - 08 Jul 2005 07:42 - 7040 of 27111

Its working now.

proptrade - 08 Jul 2005 08:58 - 7041 of 27111

ditto Paul. times like these when the shit hit the fan yesterday at worst you close a position down. ANY punter with a heartbeat should not look to have make a single turn yesterday.

i come from a market making and proprietary trading background and can assure you that in the city the instruction is to facilitate clients where you can and they can get through but NOT TO DREAM of taking advantage. if limits were tripped then limits were too close to the market, and prices were marked down on no volume that was simply to reflect that there HAD been a shift in mkt sentiment and was not trying to pull a fast one. MM's are not the enemy at any time. they may play silly buggers with prices but without them this board or probably stock market would not exist - order driven does not work in small illiquid names, you always need a faciltator of sorts.

now, if you believe that prices are too low today, fair game to call and buy or sell (whatever!).

lastly i would like to say to you all that i have found ii's banter amusing at times but i feel that unless he apologises to the thread for yesterdays comments i will be speaking to Ian to have him barred. absolutely discraceful behaviour. he has until the end of today.

ptholden - 08 Jul 2005 09:07 - 7042 of 27111

Don't hold your breath pt, although I may be wrong!
