I have sat in a waiting room at a specialist London hospital several times over the last few years and it is packed .The ratio of people was about 8 British to 40 non British ,i am talking people who couldn't speak English from all different countries , if that's what you want ,fine i don't .

I will stand by the NHS, I know some who work in it.
Many problems are due to underfunding, low staff levels, inefficiencies, lack of charging non nationals etc. etc.
New, effective treatments continue to be rolled out.
I disagree that all problems are down to migrants and they alone are destroying the NHS as Tanker claims.
Our government (all sides of the politic divide) have let the NHS down They should take a huge share of the blame for where we are now.

will10 my sister has a quite high up job in the NHS (she controls hundreds of staff)so i also know and hear whats going on.
Migrants coming in at the rate they are will destroy our health service and our schooling ,we have never before faced what we are facing .

Replying to all the talk on the NHS..

With Doctors surguries at bursting point due to the immigrant influx,
patience arn't going to the surgeries but straight to A&E, thats whats
contributing to the NHS grinding to an halt......

This is true granny , this is why I stand where I do on certain individuais , generally do gooding bullshitters .

Another thing gets to me is the amount of appeals on TV for aid here and there , in this day and age they are still without this and that in the same places throughout the World . Its about time these Governments got heavy on Countries they pay Aid to .
