Chart pretty positive on a rising TREND now and just doing rise, retracement but everytime higher highs and higher lows

Thread Heading says - big potential but the sp graph is sloping down for years - and in IC, I'm reading ".....Execs may sell the business, etc...." - does't look like they see any potential; - other than a fat lunch and a payoff, maybe?
