THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Been retired more like, however in that case may I suggest that you get active again as spending so much time on here is proving unhealthy for you with your rather narrow right wing postings at times.. which as us more balanced posters steer away from as you know.

I suggest Dumbo b, Vicky and Hazyone should hurry of a help Zac.

To me, they seem to operate at the same level.

Maudling 1964,

He served at the Treasury and when the Tory government fell in 1964 he was made private secretary to James Callaghan, the incoming Labour chancellor. When Callaghan arrived he found a note from Reggie Maudling, his Tory predecessor. It read: "Good luck old cock. Sorry to leave it in such a mess." Much the same sentiment but written in a more beguiling way than the letter left by Labour's Liam Byrne for his coalition successor last month saying there was no money.

-=-=-===

2010 was after a world economic crash.
In the period 2008-2010 the UK was recovering slightly.

After 2010, when Labour lost the election and your Georgie Boy took over the economy turned down again until a U-turn on economic policy was taken.

Biscuit tin economics was not working.

Get the facts right.

Have a look at treasury economic figures.

-===-

The Present con party consists of 4 at least, fragmented self-interested groups who corruptly use political expense money to pervert the course of the last GE election.

I think Cameron and Crosby knew what they were doing and are liars and should be prosecuted.

The morality of the present con party stinks.

"Prince dead at 57 one of the most talented and coolest stars of all time", couldn't have been that good if he only lasted for 57 years... no stamina that man!

MaxK - 21 Apr 2016 23:47 - 70388 of 81564
