THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Stan,

As you can see from Dumbo's posting Dumbo is very limited intellectually.

On IQ scoring wouldn't attain the level of an idiot.

Mind fits in nicely to the Brexiters or neo-cons.

Stan - 04 May 2016 17:45 - 70695 of 81564

Here is an article which may be of interest to you!

Could be a help with immigration complexes.

Virtual reality has been used to help treat severe paranoia.
Patients who suffered persecutory delusions were encouraged to step into a computer-generated Underground train carriage and a lift.
The simulations allowed the study's 30 patients to learn social situations they feared were actually safe.

What would you praise the Con party's government for?

Fragmentation of its own party and the UK in general?

jimmy b - 05 May 2016 15:00 - 70702 of 81564

Undeclared Conservative election expenses unearthed by Channel 4 News

By The Voice | Thu 21st April 2016 - 6:04 pm

Michael Crick, Channel 4 News’s political correspondent, has spent months investigating the Conservative Party’s election expenses from last year’s general election, focussing on the party’s “battle buses”, which moved activists around the country, and the associated costs incurred (e.g. hotels).

#-===-=-=

the conspirator party members are very quiet about what appears to be a deliberate corrupt activity running down from the top to the pawns on the floor.

You can always trust the cons to do what is good for themselves.

Be interesting if the police ask for prosecution procedure and drag Cameron into court to answer questions.

Tories might have MPs disqualified and the government loses its majority.

Fancy a re-election.

The usual left wing double talk!

Jeremy Corbyn's claim that Labour will not lose seats in key council elections this week was "misinterpreted", his official spokesman has claimed.

The party leader made the comments yesterday during a poster launch but today his aide said Mr Corbyn had in fact meant that the party would not make seat predictions.

Speaking to a group of journalists about his optimistic comments Mr Corbyn's spokesman said: "I think that may have been slightly misinterpreted, what he said was that he would make no predictions about the number of seats to be won or lost in the local elections.

"We're not in the business of losing seats and we'll be fighting to win as many as possible tomorrow."

Pushed on whether Mr Corbyn had mis-spoken, the aide continued: "I'm telling you what he was intending to say."

During a visit on Tuesday ahead of local elections this week Mr Corbyn told reporters: "We're not going to lose seats, we're going to gain seats where we can."

grannyboy - 05 May 2016 21:51 - 70709 of 81564

I don't believe he was misinterpreted, I watched the interview and Corbyn was quite specific, it didnt just spurt out it was a measured response, unless i got the body language wrong and Corbyns just slow on the uptake...

Stan - 05 May 2016 21:59 - 70710 of 81564

.. And the JC fascination continues.
