As to the need of immigrants to run the NHS..Only because immigrants

there is no question that with or without a sensible number of immigrants - yes they are needed to some degree - there is a serious shortage of all sorts of skilled professionals

where the system currently falls down is that there is no filtering allowed, and any eu citizen can nip across the channel and work the system, legally or otherwise

You show you self as a right fuckwit when you say things like 8million migrants are killing the NHS. Many of your 8 million work and pay taxes which is used to fund NHS.
They are many reasons for the current state of the NHS.

Including an aging population, under funding compared to other European countries, low staff numbers, poor efficiency, abuse of the system ( people don't turn up for appointments). General poor health (see over weight problem). NHS falling behind with accepted treatments elsewhere ( low cancer treatments here) and yes additional migrants . A lot of migrants here actually work and pay taxes.
