Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Our level 1 and level 2 feeds are currently being affected by a problem at our suppliers.

This is in essence a level 3 problem (level 3 is bascially the internet) it is down at their end they are working to resolve it and I will update you as soon as possible,

oh no not another week of problems, the worst time ever to have more problems. Well done. Becoming useless this supplier, we can see this why can't moneyam??

This seems to happen a lot. Do your suppliers not offer 99.9% uptime?

unfortunately this problem is out of ours and our suppliers hands as it is the level 3 connection. as soon as I have an update I will of course let you know,

Please accept my apologies - this is a problem with level 3 which is essentially the internet that sits above out suppliers, we are in constant contact with then and as soon as we have an eta for this, we will let you know,
