If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

But it does beg the question why you do not have a back up supplier. This sort of outage is just not acceptable.

bhunt,
I can only apologise - this problem is a very rare occurance, and we would not anticipate it happening again.

Ian - Does this mean we are in the usual post outage position of MM prices only appearing on L2 if the MM alters their price?
cheers

dell,
unfortunately yes - due to the nature of the outage, the first hours worth of feed was not sent out by our supplier as they had no connectivity. Therefore the information from this hour will be missing,
Apologies for the inconvenience,
Ian

Mick,
No the feed is fine today - as you can see by the time at the top of the Stockwatch next to the FTSE price. Todays prices will start to update at auction open at 7.50am - this is the norm.

Mick,
The prices are reset in the early hours and then start to update at 7.50 again when the auction opens,

Using Safari on Mac OS X
My Charts, T and N icons do not work
Nothing happens when I click on them
They work when I deselect "Block pop-up windows" but I have not had to do that before and don't really want to now.

Nabcom,
the functions you mention all work as pop ups and the pop up blocker you have had on was blocking them. I can only assume before that you had your pop up blocker enabled to allow content from MoneyAM. they have always worked as pop ups and therefore any pop up blocker has the potential to block them.

Safari by default does not block pop-ups from links, only from opening and closing pages.
This is from the Mac Safari help
"Blocking pop-up windows stops the windows that appear when you open or close a page. It does not block pop-up windows that open when you click a link.
If you block pop-up windows, you might miss important information for a webpage."

Can anyone else using Safari 3.0.4 test this for me?

Nabcom,
I defer to your greater knowldge as I am but a humble PC user :) , but the fact that by deselecting the block pop up windows option enables this function for you means that the window is being blocked. We have not made any changes to the way that page accesses those functions since they were implemented.

I believe there Is (and has been) for a number of days now on ISF a problem from MAM suppliers.
On Stockwatch the "change" heading In ISF should reflect one tenth of the SP movement as should the % also.
Instead under the change heading It reflects the SP movement! as It does under the % heading.

Stan,
I have just checked this and I have the change as 23.5 and the % change 3.85 which I have crossed checked on another feed, and that also shows these values.
