Not splitting hairs, just the facts. You are implying that immigrants come here and vote. That is not a problem.

We actually have a low number of immigrants compared to other countries. I do agree that immigration needs to be controlled to the point where we just take the ones of value to us. We have had far too much immigration in the recent past. During the Blair years, Labour went looking for more immigrants to change to demographics of voters so that that they could stay in power longer. They then lied about the process and the numbers as documents released a few years ago reveal.

I am voting out, but not because of immigration. I don't like the EU as a body. We joined the Common Market and now it is a political body. It doesn't matter what concession we get from the EU. A Labour government in the future will give away all our rights. The only safe route is to leave.

No they come here then get the vote, and yes its a problem, as i stated
those that were born here, worked here and contributed to the system for years
and then when it comes to voting find their votes mean diddly squat.

in europe as it is..

Germany has 82.4m people
France has 63.5m people
and
UK has 60.2m

But look at the land masses also. France 551,695 km2; Germany 357,050 km2; UK 244,820 km2. UK is most highly populated per km2. Perhaps we should reclaim Brittany and Normandy.

The land masses have nothing to do with it. In all those countries the majority of the land is completely empty. The only impact populations make is in cities.

Nonsense. The land gives space for new towns and industry, as well as agriculture. Look at Brasilia as an example.

And its nearer 65 million, not counting the illegals.

A lot of this flooding that has been occurring over the recent past can be
attributed to a EU directive which says dredging of rivers is not allowed.

For centuries dredging the rivers have made a significant contribution to
limiting the cause of flooding.

England has about 55M (but who knows really?) in a land mass of 130,395 km2. Scotland and Wales have much lower population densities.

We have a smaller population than France and a much higher GDP, with lower unemployment. We can cope with immigrants better than France even though their immigrant numbers are far higher partly due to most of North Africa being historically under French control.

Excuses for behaviour and wishes comes to mind.

France does indeed have zero hour contracts, lots of them.

They also go in for "interns" in a big way, ie, people working for little or nothing in the hope of eventually getting a full time job with a given org. Needless to say, it's a long shot. (cheap flexible labour basically)

Outside the heavily unionised/gov jobs, it's a rum deal for the average worker...gone are the days of job security.

There have been zero hours contracts for yeas and years. It was previously called casual work. It creates a flexible work force and enables businesses to grow an then take on permanent staff. All the polls show around 85% of workers on zero hours like it.

It offers flexibility to students, people with child care responsibilities and other caring duties. The bulk of those who are complaining seem to be previously unemployed before they got their zero hours job. Maybe some of them will never get full time work. Contrary to some political theorists, there is no right to a job.

They're an EU wide phenomenon except in Greece or Spain Etc, where
there are very few jobs for anyone, they're not real jobs they just help
the governments when its time to put out the jobless rate, anyone who
has a mortgage or wishes to get one couldn't, the same if you rent...

And to say that 85% are in these sort of con jobs and that they LIKE them
is deceiving at the highest level.

The only ones to benefit are Students or those that feel like working now and
then....

Anyone who has a job now that does not require any special skills will mainly be automated out of work in the near future. As a result casual work will rise as will unemployment. Thirty years ago or more there was a fantasy put about that there would be a future of decreasing working hours with some people not having to work. There would be lots of things to do in the increasing leisure time. There was a major flaw in this vision. Who would pay for it all? The future is bleak regarding work. Many businesses rely on zero hours and would be marginally viable without it. The ability to employ staff when needed will increase.

The only solution for a given country such as the UK is business success and fuller employment. They produces an environment where workers are in demand and permanent jobs are on offer. The only source of money to spend on public services, roads etc is taxation on successful businesses.

If So then why are we allowing so many immigrants to not only come
to the UK, but Europe in general?

Its all a recipe for disaster..Or is your post a contradiction in facts?..
