Morning all, anyone here still tune in to the old 'darling clementines' web?
Doubt if vasey is but you never know!!

I still use it for free only but its really all a joke; all re-try your registration just to delay and frustrate and then when you DO get through its 'sorry your time has expired' [approx 3 seconds], I find it very insulting.
I suppose they think its smart and may persuade you to buy.

What short memorys the bastards have, how they wanted us in the early days, testing etc and when I was a busy investor and paying heaps for a second rate service; now they've got it all cracked its a sod them all attitude!

Anyway, reason for mentioning and moaning was that for 24 hours I haven't been able to get through at all, anyone throw any light as to why?
HAVE THEY GONE BOOBS UP ????????!!!!!

No Jeffers horse racing today, bit orf I thinks.

Well, this gaff seems abandoned, whats that big red cross mean thats been hand painted on the door?

Have a good w/end all......lw

jeffmack - 05 Jun 2004 11:31 - 7190 of 23498

Morning all
At work today, all day. Will get over the bookies later to watch the Derby.

daves dazzlers - 05 Jun 2004 11:55 - 7191 of 23498

have you had a word with the arrows yet.

jeffmack - 05 Jun 2004 12:27 - 7192 of 23498

Dave
Its Socs who is the ex RAF man, i am the banker from bexley. Yes banker is spelt correctly.

Now for the Derby. I am always very suspicious of these trainers, so when AP pulls out the fav and leaves in the 16/1 shot I ponder the reason why.... I might have a flutter on Meath

Socrates - 05 Jun 2004 12:43 - 7193 of 23498

Jeffmack
I thought you might be going with HT's tips, but 16:1 is not a bad price for a Derby runner so it must be fancied.

I'm making a special Shepherds Pie for lunch if you're interested.

dotel - 05 Jun 2004 12:55 - 7194 of 23498

I am, Socks!

hightone - 05 Jun 2004 12:58 - 7195 of 23498

Old socks if you wait till 4.30 before you have make pie you will be able to get a horse box full of MEAT'H going very cheap (-:

HT.
Ps See AP and jeffmack for details.

Socrates - 05 Jun 2004 13:06 - 7196 of 23498

HT
No can do, Special Shepherds Pie coming out of the oven in a few minutes. Maybe you had better have some, you won't feel like eating if Meath wins!

hightone - 05 Jun 2004 13:09 - 7197 of 23498

IF that is a BIG one

HT.

jeffmack - 05 Jun 2004 13:15 - 7198 of 23498

Hi y'all.
Just off to mash the spuds.
Bangers & mash for tea.

Socrates - 05 Jun 2004 17:44 - 7202 of 23498

Oh dear Hightone, it had better be a big pie with your two nags in it too.

Socrates - 05 Jun 2004 20:08 - 7203 of 23498

I know it is a bit naughty, but then the best things always are. I have a pack of bacon and cut it up into small pieces about 2" long and I'm frying them in a nice hot pan. Just till they are about to go hard, that state where they are browned and smelling like something totally irresistable, which of course is what they are. Finally, eat them with a look of sheer ecstacy and delight.

Anyone want to join in?

Don't you just love it when a pan comes together!

Jariise - 05 Jun 2004 22:19 - 7204 of 23498

try adding cheese and some left over mash patato in the frying pan mix together heat for three mins then eat

daves dazzlers - 05 Jun 2004 22:45 - 7205 of 23498
