is the company still trading and in business? poor state of affairs if it cant find the costs of producing a final set of accounts without or prior to further investment as was suggested by bm in response to an earlier poster.

My first visit this year, jkd. Not sure I'll visit often to read it all, but the number of MDX threads outstrip anything else by an awful long way.

What are the circumstances surrounding your disqualification from being a director of any limited company?

Are you still disqualified from holding a directorship?

If the disqualification period has ended, when did it end?

If there is a new disqualification pending, when would you expect it to begin?

If you were to be disqualified for a second time, do you think a jail term would be likely?

If you were to be jailed, who would 'look after' the interests of the shareholders?

i have no more information than any of you. i just have opinions. my biggest opinion is that which i have focused upon. ie where is the first 2mil of the 6 mil funding going? only the final fully audited accounts will show and reveal this to all of us.( see my post 7182)
