I like this bit .... "Considering that each tray-lidding machine handles around 6m trays per year, a biodegradables saving of, say 1c per tray, could generate handsome royalties"

Suppose that Stanelco made a gross profit of 1 cent on each tray ....

So every 1000 machines would give 6m x 1000 x $0.01 = $60,000,000 in royalties .... Greenseal would produce $55,000,000 for those machines, so the trays and film will be worth more than Greenseal !!!!

Cheers,

PM

Crikey! Thanks for the bold face. No way would I have understood the important points without it. :) I liked the tripple line spacing as well.

paul, the phrase "one step at a time " just doesn't figure in your vocab , does it? i do agree the potential is massive, but let's just take it a stage at a time. first we need more greenseal orders. the third trial has ended or is coming to an end. we should wait and see what the results are and any subsequent orders or if further trials are announced. each new possible use for greenseal will need a trial. that makes sense to me. after that, we will have to see how successfully seo can use biotec , (pending successful purchase), to further the seo cause in uk, europe and usa. the aquisition still needs an egm to get shareholder approval. things will move slowly and will take time. so let's not get too carried away with astronomical numbers because they serve no purpose . we already know the potential.

niels, was that a touch of irony in your post?

NielsJensen - 12 Jul 2005 23:17 - 7203 of 27111

Bos, how can you possibly think that? ;-)

what else is there to say, I don`t want to rub my short in,you can blame that PMT cretin,
actually ramping twts like him rev. up the ramps when they realise that the end is near, thats what they are paid for- he is a professional you know?

Chiva20 - 13 Jul 2005 09:47 - 7216 of 27111

I think Seq and Paul are husband and wife.

Sequestor - 13 Jul 2005 10:01 - 7217 of 27111

seriously though, it is just this chipping of a tick or two a day which sends share prices into a black hole, its the same with every penny dreadful, people "waiting for news", at this rate of fall you are looking at 20p at the weekend, and that is emotive if broken, the best bet is to sell now on a T+25,at least you lock todays price in, if it improves you can always close and buy it back without much loss, if it doesn`t you have "shorted" your own shares and can pocket a profit- easy.

proptrade - 13 Jul 2005 10:05 - 7218 of 27111

Seq - showing your age again....good old T+25! haven't dealt that for a while. out of interest what does your broker charge?
