Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

level 2 problems today. Same problem of old orders left on the book, KLR for example at the mo.

rogue barc trades on l2, timed 16:10

been happening for a long time now this orders left in the book thing, horrendous trying to trade when strip and book price are different.

Receiving server is temporarily unable. Never a good start.

I keep getting those too Chea...its annoying you have to keep reopening windows and refreshing until it clears ....Ian this has been going on for months...what about a fix???

It seems to have now corrected but my experience saw it persisting for around 20 or so minutes.

An update please.

On Market Scan nothing appears when I click on market maker to market maker.
I understand from previous relies that it is a known fault that has been evident for months and is being looked into.
As others have questioned this on this thread can you give some sort of timescale for it to be sorted as I would find it a very valuable investing tool.

edit:back now, all very shaky this morning.

Alex...the temp unavailable problem persists on an intermittant basis and is worse around 7.30-8.30am

Getting a lot of temp unavailable messages on Terminal just now.

L2 not responding and page will not reload.
