MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Interesting RNs today, cancel of the KK's shares!

Barry has been busy.

Dil - 31 May 2009 01:39 - 7226 of 8631

Um Andy , do you think the KK's did it for the likes of me or were they and their dealings dodgy (illegal ??) ?

Prosecute them I say or would that open a bigger can of worms ?

Andy - 31 May 2009 21:09 - 7227 of 8631

Dil,

Barry's answer on ADVFN states "no side deals", and mentions "breach of contract".

Dil - 05 Jun 2009 12:19 - 7228 of 8631

Where are these fund raising documents , have they been sent out yet ?

Same old Meldex , nothing ever done on time.

Andy - 14 Jun 2009 13:20 - 7229 of 8631

Tuesday seems to be the consensus for the SCLN.

I think it hinges on whether they can SIPP it or not.

Barry realises people have a lot of money in SIPPs, and I personally doubt they will reach their target via PI's if SIPPs are not permitted, unless there are some large backers coming in from somewhere.

I think otherwise they will struggle for over 3 million, but we shall see....

Big Al - 14 Jun 2009 15:56 - 7230 of 8631

MDX in the SIPP?

Never in a million years; that would be absolutely stupid of anyone to even contemplate it.

Gausie - 14 Jun 2009 18:29 - 7231 of 8631

Hmmm - if you retired in, say 20 years, it may be out of suspension by then.

Andy - 14 Jun 2009 21:50 - 7232 of 8631

Big Al,

I think some will, although I agree that it's far too high risk for a SIPP, IMO, but some will feel it's the only way to relist the company.

Big Al - 14 Jun 2009 22:22 - 7233 of 8631

That's desperation, Andy - throwing good money after bad, big time

Dil - 15 Jun 2009 07:33 - 7234 of 8631

Fiver by xmas :-)

Company Update
Posted on: Monday, June 15, 2009

Meldex announces that it has today sent letters to former directors Mr. Stephen Martin and Mr. Richard Trevillion outlining legal action that the Company intends to pursue against them. The Company is seeking substantial damages. This is a result of a preliminary investigation, and the Company will update shareholders as and when further actions are initiated.

Meldex further announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Alan Clarke from its board of directors with immediate effect. The Directors would like to thank Mr. Clarke for the assistance received since January 19th 2009.

In addition the loan note documentation is going to the printers this week. The company will issue a further advisory on this shortly.

Big Al - 15 Jun 2009 19:10 - 7236 of 8631

That'll get 'em salivating.

Can they pay the printers? ;-)))
