If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

StonyB,
Our suppliers made a change to the epic they use for these indices and they have been broken since. I am liasing with them and trying to fix it. Sorry for the delay.
James.

Thanks James.
Also, if there's any chance of adding the SPX (S&P500) I'd be grateful, although I don't think it was available in the past.

Can you guys at Moneyam PLEASE sort out the problem where if the stockwatch shares are refreshed, all the quotes (bid and offer) turn back to green, instread of the blue and red (indicating a last rise or fall). The other site has this (advfn).... it dooesnt matter when you log onto that site, the price will show the correct colour (red or blue or green). Whereas on Moneyam, the prices will be aways 'green' if you log on anew or refresh the screen.

cyberraja,
unfortunately, this is the way the system has been designed and therefore cannot be easily changed. The bid and offer will continue to return to green after a refresh as they are derived from that point and not from any point previously.

Hi Ian.
Just noticed that Bes is showing as 2.5-3p with you but it really is 2.75-3p
so something not working right at the moment.

trader6,
the system rounds up or down in these situations accordingly, to the nearest.25 of a pence, as the price is rounded to 2.75, the bid and offer are also rounded up or down

Hi Guys
:-)
I posted at No 7267 above and, although I don't want to waste your time, neither do I want to waste my own. Similarly for my post 7268 about the sign problem. I say this, because thus far, you haven't yet given me the courtesy of a response for either of these. Probably therefore, the site is having so many problems at the moment that you are probably inundated with them? Perhaps, if so, we should ease off on reporting them to you?
Time for another smiley, I think? :-)
In summary:-
My first query was about how you are apparently erroneously calculating the % yield on dividends on the fundamentals page by only using some of the dividend paid in a year instead of all of it.
I used LLOY as my example, but really, surely the yield you give is wrong for ALL stocks, if all the time, you are ignoring any of the regularly paid Interim dividends in your calculations?
My second query was about the sign problem. Did you know about it?
