Hi little willie
I can log on to ADVFN ok, but dont visit very often these days. I hope your sweet revenge runs better than sweetest revenge that lost at windsor last night.

little willie - 08 Jun 2004 11:23 - 7275 of 23498

Hi Buddy,
As you know my IT skills are shIT can't log on even onto their 'home' page so no idea whats wrong or how to cure. Maybe a caress of Mrs. lw's bum will get her to sort IT for me, even if that fails at least it will be a pleasure!!

So Phil the Greek didn't give you any nudge nudge, 'look here old boy' tips that did the trick. Shame that your not here.

We visited our Sweeties trainer, Glen Kotzen and his wife Cathy for the day yesterday, he has horses running today and tipped us his Lion of Damascus in the 13.00 and Arctic Gale in the 16.37 to win, both races at Kenilworth, Cape Town.
Check them out and see how they go.
We also like his Six Nations in the 13.30 owned by a friend of ours [good each way and likes it damp underfoot, it is].
In the 15.07 Sharlee Boy has a good each way chance, also Glens plus he has a long each way in the 14.35 Linneys Light and in the 15.37 my next door neighbour to be, in the new house is a UK chap called Lord Lilford who has a good horse called Chamonix which should win.

Chech it all out, interesting huh!

Lion of damascus was in 12:00 here so missed that one and it lost anyway. Have had a bet on Arctic Gale in the 3:37

snoball - 08 Jun 2004 14:28 - 7279 of 23498

G'day y'all.

stockbunny - 08 Jun 2004 15:09 - 7280 of 23498

G'day Snowie! And how's things with you...the do'nut man has been
by the way and I've stocked the freezer with a large amount of various
ice-cream/lolly things on sticks.....

jeffmack - 08 Jun 2004 15:48 - 7281 of 23498

little willie
I went to the bookies to watch my money run on Arctic Gale. Before the race it threw the jockey and run race course on his own, so he was witdrawn. Hope that trainer of yours teaches your horse better manners.

optomistic - 08 Jun 2004 16:18 - 7282 of 23498

Stockbunny, Ive just come in from the garden. I would love a lolly, one of those with the ice cream in the middle please. Whilst I am waiting I'm going to have a can of lager, would you like one as well?

stockbunny - 08 Jun 2004 16:46 - 7283 of 23498

Been out there myself Opto - strange we didn't bump into each other on
the way!! (giggle) Yes please Solaro are nice, good tangy citrusy
outer bit round the ice-cream.....It is truly too hot for the bunny
today, my ears are wilting!

optomistic - 08 Jun 2004 16:48 - 7284 of 23498

optomistic - 08 Jun 2004 16:49 - 7285 of 23498

Missed been in different warrens.

stockbunny - 08 Jun 2004 16:55 - 7286 of 23498

Bunny junior mark 2 is currently engaged in some high-level secret mission
on the playstation and the elder one (bunny junior mark 1) is currently wilting at work (I know because he's rung me today and complained already!) I've been
continuing my war on the ever-sprouting hedge this morning and been wilting
all afternoon in between dealing with emails...how about you? Been busy?

optomistic - 08 Jun 2004 17:09 - 7287 of 23498

Always something to do, but try to avoid it if possible in this weather

optomistic - 08 Jun 2004 17:11 - 7288 of 23498

About emails, I receive fair bit of SPAM. Several persons have even wanted to give me millions of dollars!!

stockbunny - 08 Jun 2004 17:17 - 7289 of 23498

Yes I've had those, originating from Nigeria often, they all go into
the 'bye-bye-see-ya' box better known as hitting delete. Seems friends
require his-nibs online now, according to the texts he's getting, so I
am off to cook some pasta (pasta salad for dinner) have a good evening!!

Socrates - 08 Jun 2004 17:49 - 7290 of 23498

Good evening folks from the tropic of Gloucestershire. Hot heat all day, it seems like working inside an oven, and not a cold one at that.

I see my name being taken in vain on this BB, very disappointing, Dambusters march indeed! I only proceed to the tune of the Luftwaffe march from the Battle of Britain film, though why they gave the best march written last century to the opposition heavens knows.

Now since it is so hot, I'll have a bucket of my special sherry trifle from the fridge.

Dotty
I've saved you an extra large snorker, I know how much you like big sausages!
