The screen prices should be marked as up and be displaying 0.45-0.60 pence which are the real prices...should happen soon.

0.65 pence on the screen offer price should be fairly imminent now.

Fingers on those sell buttons, eh??
If there is no further acquisition news and cash is only in the region of 400k as predicted, this is unlikely to hold current levels, is it?
Do you feel lucky?

Don't go down that road with me dell314....you always try and be so naive now. Go and see ur posts about BSP at 0.30 pence before they flew to 2.5 pence. You are well known for your antics all over now.

dell314.....my friend who still doesn't mind putting up with you has answered your question...see below....never worth getting into a discussion with you.
The cash could be anywhere in the region of 400 - 800k, but IMO has very little to do with the future of the shareprice. The price will be governed by the type and profitability of business being reversed and the price of equity issue to aquire it...as to whether there will be an aquisition - are you serious? Hoodless has 100k in DMR at 0.5 and moritz less but at much higher prices....these are two of the most prolific directors on aim regarding involvement in floatations

dell314,
How do you maintain your eternally boring bearish stance on every single penny share for so long?
I thought you would have bored yourself to death by now?

dell314 - have you seen the communication received from Moritz? basically stated the administrator in SA will provide the company with a definitive report regarding realised assets in the second half of January - enabling the directors to make a further statement.
so, step 1, identify how much cash the shell has included in any quisition deal, step 2 identify the discussion partner. Do not forget DMR is not purely a shell it does still own the 14m stone deposits and is obtaining royalties via Natural Stone Industries its subsiduary) from contractors to operate them.

0.45-0.55 pence.....MMs trying the shake...so evident.

The offer price back at 0.55 pence and KBC on the bid....KBC tried to fill a buy order first at 0.55 pence twenty minutes ago....trying it again..most likely.

With the online buy limit still at 2,000 shares and the ability to sell 1,000,000 at mid price (0.50 pence), its safe to say it is a tree shake.
