The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Big Al,
I see the note is for three years, I thought it was two before?
Here is a possible clincher, quite clever really, if the subscription looks like failing, he can call on the creditors to exchange debt for SCLN, or risk losing all their loan!
----------
the Minimum Subscription to be raised from the SLN Offer is 6,000,000 (which may include applications from existing creditors of the Company seeking to exchange debt for Loan Notes up to an aggregate nominal of 500,000 of Loan Notes);
----------
Maybe using this trick he can get it through, as it leaves the door open for Bridge to exchenge debt if they come up short.

Look tabby as an enforced holder I won't lose any sleep if this pile of crap never relists.
If it does then first day or so I will dump what I've got for anything I get then trade it again if possible but apparently that might be more difficult if it only has a plus listing.
It's in a lot worse state now than the known state when it got suspended at around the 7p mark so I'd be happy with 1p ecstatic with 2p.
You keep throwing money in tabby , you know what they say about a fool and his money.

Good morning all
For those of you that are still on this white knuckle ridehere is a post from Andrew Chayhe is probably the most mdx knowledgable outside the company and certainly has asked all the right and sometimes sensitive questionsunlike the groovy gang he is invested and therefore respected by Barry/Garryhis comments are respected and influential.

lynxboy, I'm getting closer to signing that cheque - Ive had a fair bit of contact with Barry and I feel more comfortable with future prospects. Btw, Im not easily convinced so if I dip into my pocket you lot better do likewise...:'-)
First and foremost I wanted to be as sure as possible that any further investment was safe. Secondly I didnt want to invest more simply just to give my locked-in sum a chance of recovery (or just to see ex-directors etc punished) but I wanted to see real potential yes, that same potential I saw yrs ago before RT & Co. destroyed progress. If I didnt see this as a great investment I'd park my money elsewhere. The massive potential still exists and we may at last have the right guys to move the Company forward in the right direction.
So far so good from BJM & GC....

Absolute bulls**t! Every last one of them are doing this to get their original stake back. Good money after bad. I mean there are thousands on better opportunities out there than MDX. Simple!
Still dreaming, Tabatha. ;-))))

I'm glad you had a nice holiday, Chilli, but I'm unsure of your definition of a White Knuckle Ride. The price hasn't exactly moved much this year, has it?
Schussing the Face de Bellevarde in Val D is what you call a White Knuckle Ride!

RE: Meldex SLN Offer to Qualifying Shareholders?
From: Barry Muncaster (bjm@meldexinternational.com)

Dear Chay,
Given the protection we've put in place to ring-fence funds from the note, I'm pretty confident the capital sum is pretty secure. We've written down our IP to what we believe is a realistic and realisable sum at 13M (we've turned down 2M for a few trademarks), and with the cash at bank and receivables also being part of the secured position we're pretty confident that in a worst case scenario noteholders' capital would be secure.
Given that the note only started going out on Tursday by email and Thursday and Friday be regular mail, we're pleased with the response we're getting. Our lawyers received cash yasterday, which means some shareholders must have written out cheques and dashed to the postbox. I've had a lot of emails from shareholders saying they will participate. So, so far, so good.
If we get to 6M, make a few announcements, show that we're doing the business, and demonstrate that we're serious about recovering cash from the culprits, then I think the 6-12M take-up will accelerate.
.......
Best wishes,
Barry

If they were 800k short of the 6m needed would you be confident to lend your alleged 800k to them?

If they were 80p short I still wouldn't risk it :-)
