MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

"Secondly I didnt want to invest more simply just to give my locked-in sum a chance of recovery"

Absolute bulls**t! Every last one of them are doing this to get their original stake back. Good money after bad. I mean there are thousands on better opportunities out there than MDX. Simple!

Still dreaming, Tabatha. ;-))))

I'm glad you had a nice holiday, Chilli, but I'm unsure of your definition of a White Knuckle Ride. The price hasn't exactly moved much this year, has it?

Schussing the Face de Bellevarde in Val D is what you call a White Knuckle Ride!

RE: Meldex SLN Offer to Qualifying Shareholders?
From: Barry Muncaster (bjm@meldexinternational.com)

Dear Chay,

Given the protection we've put in place to ring-fence funds from the note, I'm pretty confident the capital sum is pretty secure. We've written down our IP to what we believe is a realistic and realisable sum at 13M (we've turned down 2M for a few trademarks), and with the cash at bank and receivables also being part of the secured position we're pretty confident that in a worst case scenario noteholders' capital would be secure.

Given that the note only started going out on Tursday by email and Thursday and Friday be regular mail, we're pleased with the response we're getting. Our lawyers received cash yasterday, which means some shareholders must have written out cheques and dashed to the postbox. I've had a lot of emails from shareholders saying they will participate. So, so far, so good.

If we get to 6M, make a few announcements, show that we're doing the business, and demonstrate that we're serious about recovering cash from the culprits, then I think the 6-12M take-up will accelerate.

.......

Best wishes,
Barry

If they were 800k short of the 6m needed would you be confident to lend your alleged 800k to them?

Dil - 02 Jul 2009 10:07 - 7311 of 8631

If they were 80p short I still wouldn't risk it :-)

Andy - 02 Jul 2009 10:32 - 7312 of 8631

Dil,

LOL!

I personally don't think they will raise anything close to 6 million frorm PI's, the key here will be whether Barry can convince the creditors to participate, in which case 6 milion MAY be achievable, IMHO.

I think this is why the extention period was put in.

Big Al - 02 Jul 2009 10:48 - 7313 of 8631

I think you're right Andy.

Personally I wouldn't put anything in before seeing if that initial amount can be raised. If it can't then they're basically bust, which just goes to show how precarious the whole thing is. Let the muppets do the hard work and take the biggest risk? Yep!

I also find it curious how for all the "world-beating products", they've not managed to raise anything outwith those already in far too deep. It says so much, as does the fact it has taken an eternity.

"I'm pretty confident the capital sum is pretty secure" - not sure I like the double lack of confidence here.

Bargin Bob/Jeff >
That question could not possibly be directed at a BookmakerHow about my existing holding?how about a possible re-list at a silly SP?.How about my other holdings that are showing a healthy return.and how about maintaining a good nights sleepwith the confidence of always being covered?
No Bargin Bob/Jeff you should have directed that question at a Banker????

Andy
I havent read all the posts over at the zoo. Is it right that people are having to pay to take the SCLN before seeing the restated accounts. I thought it was going to be part of the application package

Andy - 02 Jul 2009 23:35 - 7320 of 8631

jeff,

Yes that's correct, quite incredible really!

Barry said they need the funds from the SCLN to pay for the accounts!

My guess is they are dire, so they want the funds in before disclosing them, but I could be wrong, the AIM market makes you very cynical after a while!
