If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Spaceman,
can you please log out and log back in? Could you also try clearing your cache? Are you accessing from a home computer or from an office computer?

Ian,
The charts facility for Leed Petroleum (LDP) fails to show anything for intraday charts (or short timescale e.g. less than 5 days). LDP also fails to return any information in Company Zone.
Why are these facilities available for some companies and not others? How can I fix this?

Several index charts are not updating since about turn of year eg INDU (Dow), apologies if you are already aware of this.

hawick,
There is an issue with the nasdaq feed which James is liaising with our suppliers about - however, I have just check the INDU chart (intraday and year) and it is showing up to date to 9th January (ie yesterdays close). can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing please for the INDU - ian@moneyam.com

Ian, Wouldn't know how to attach to email sorry.
If I go 'range one day' it simply says 'not found' on INDU; while the 2 and 3 day just look obviously wrong.

hawick,
I think I can see what you mean and it seems to be on the basic charts only - if you use the intraday charts, you should be able to see accurate 1,2,3 day chharts - I will get James to take a look at that.

Cheers Ian the Dow finished up yesterday (unusual I know lol) but on most of the short term charts (though the number is right 12,735) it is indicating it was a down day.
Edit ok will try intra day tx
