Hello all, just popped in for some meat loaf with onion gravy and side salad. Must make it quick because I have to pop out and exercise my franchise. It's a bit rusty not having been exercised recently.

snoball - 10 Jun 2004 16:51 - 7318 of 23498

stockbunny, I bet he doesn't eat as well now.
He must've been mad, what with the menus you dream up.

We need one of those city slickers turned plumber to fix the dishwasher.

daves dazzlers - 10 Jun 2004 17:10 - 7319 of 23498

champagne all round ,, i`am just off to get my winnings,,keep it in ice back in a mo. dont life taste sweet.

Socrates - 10 Jun 2004 17:13 - 7320 of 23498

Sod the plumber, it's cheaper to buy a new dish washer. Ask old Stormy to pop back in time to get one nice and cheap. Whilst he's time travelling he can pop forward to Saturday and tell me the winning lottery numbers.

brockman - 10 Jun 2004 19:31 - 7321 of 23498

Ahh, time travelling, an excellent subject!
Lucy (daughter) has recently been studying the Great Fire of London at school. When the teacher asked how it started, Lucy, stuck up her hand. Her explanation was that it was Leala, Dr Who's assistant who started the Great Fire of London, it was Dr Who's birthday and while trying to light the candles, she accidentally set light to Dr Who's scarf. K-9 made matters worse by trying to "zap" the fire and hence the spread. Can't imagine who instigated such a story but Stormy may be able to verify this information?
