THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

The choice is pitiful.

post 514 refers to the US election.

cynic - 27 Sep 2016 12:24 - 73513 of 81564

you have a choice between trump's awful wig or hair transplant or whatever it is and clinton's false and forced smile

2517GEORGE - 27 Sep 2016 12:30 - 73514 of 81564

Well D.A. won't have done their cause any good by calling 17 million 'Leavers' racists, what an insult to those who give their time and money to help and support migrants. She is a disgrace.

There is some truth in P 73517.

cynic - 27 Sep 2016 12:34 - 73516 of 81564

diane abbott i assume ....... my son reckons she's a very good constituency mp

Crossed wires again I was referring to jb's post.

Must make a note to be clear as to whose post I reply to.

To that end

cynic, Trump is too much of a loose canon so it will have to be the liar Clinton

I saw the whole debate. Trump attempted to say a lot of untruths, but Clinton calmly challenged them. He wasn't aggressive and loud. This worked against him as people seemed to listen to what he was saying for a change. She got a lot applause for her comments. It seemed a good win for her.

Fred1new - 27 Sep 2016 13:05 - 73519 of 81564

2517,

Dil's Nah.

Much more fun.

Does Hillary deserve that label of liar more than Donald, or Theresa?

Laurenrose - 27 Sep 2016 13:14 - 73520 of 81564

Snowdon persecuted for is e mails which were less damaging than the vile Clintons why is she not in prison. she is a blatant liar and evil ,if the AMERICANS vote her in then god help the future of the USA ,
that's my lot on the issue .

Fred1new - 27 Sep 2016 13:29 - 73521 of 81564

I am glad you got that off your chest!

iturama - 27 Sep 2016 13:52 - 73522 of 81564

I am reliably told that this is Hilary reminding Bill of Monica Lewinsky...could be wrong.

Laurenrose - 27 Sep 2016 13:54 - 73523 of 81564

what about her toy boy

iturama - 27 Sep 2016 13:54 - 73524 of 81564

The US election is the self-entitled v the self-deluded but I'm not sure which is which.

Laurenrose - 27 Sep 2016 13:55 - 73525 of 81564

what about her toy boy ..

bored I am going to the shops

grannyboy - 27 Sep 2016 14:18 - 73526 of 81564

I'm not to enamoured with either, but could you trust someone with state secrets
when they use their own personnel email address for government business..
OR where the Clinton Foundation get their funding from....

Fred1new - 27 Sep 2016 14:46 - 73527 of 81564

Laurenrose.

Are you jealous or would you like his telephone number?

-=-=-=

Perhaps, as much as I would trust somebody who would have a conversation with a PR agent, trusted advisor, party leader or friends.

cynic - 27 Sep 2016 15:19 - 73528 of 81564

on that basis i assume you don't even trust "ken the beloved" :-)

Fred1new - 27 Sep 2016 15:38 - 73529 of 81564

Do you mean Ken Clarke?

How could I?

Fred1new - 27 Sep 2016 15:43 - 73530 of 81564

PS.

that is a bit unfair on Ken Clarke.

If I had the information in his written hand, witnessed and checked by a legal friend,
then perhaps I would trust his information.
