Quite a lot of doctors said they wouldn't strike this time. The strike was called off as most might have gone to work.

We've just had a trial here of a Taxi driver who raped a drunk student , he was found guilty and sentenced to 11 years . When the Judge gave verdict he said that the man had left the country on Sunday and landed at Ankara airport in Turkey , texted the court to say he would not be back . He was a Syrian living here . I can't believe it personally that a man who could rape would be allowed bail and keep his passport while the trial was ongoing . The CPS said they didn't see him as a flight risk , I'm shocked .
