not only to get the tory voters back who had gone over to UKIP, but he was
convinced it was going to be another hung parliament and that they would
be in power with the LibDems, and then Cameron the snake oil salesman
thought he'd be able to squirm out of it by the LibDems not going for it,
and so the referendum once again being denied to the voters...
