MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

You know it struck me earlier. MDX is rather like playing Kerplunk. As each straw is pulled it drops down until eventually there's nothing to hold up the balls and they all fall down and out of the game.

Which bollock are you, Tabatha?

tabasco - 24 Jul 2009 20:54 - 7562 of 8631

You catch you.Im just a loserguess you had the same maths Teacher as Trig

Big Al - 24 Jul 2009 20:56 - 7563 of 8631

Maths was actually part of my degree. Shame you weren't in the same class.

Oh, I forgot, you have no class as established last night. ;-))))))))))))))))))))

As a shareholder and also a subscriber to the SLN, I cannot honestly believe what I have witnessed this evening from the company with regard to the reduction in the conversion price of the SLN from 10p to 2p - subject to approval at a shareholder meeting, it just comprehend with everything that I had heard and makes no sense at all. Like most, I would agree that we urgently need claification on the reason behind this as soon as possible. Surely the company can or should be able to find the additional funds through the sale of an asset without further dilution to existing holders. Is this not an option?
In the meantime, I would strongly suggest that you give the below post from G0 some thoughts or come up with a better solution, because if we don't collectively, we are going to be diluted to hell on our existing holdings - subject to the granting of the approval in the reduction of the SLN conversion price.

Geordie0 - 24 Jul'09 - 19:44 - 10554 of 10609

Evening all. BJM sorry but a dilution to 500m shares worth 2p is unfeckingbelievable. I do have faith in you and what your doing but this idea at 2p just plays into the hands of dissenters et al who I'm afraid may be shown to be correct in that someone will take MDX on the cheap. If its the differance between my 250k shares being valued at 2p or administration, then be my guest and send us into admin as I begrudge handing the power of those with the greatest shareholding who have continued to support the Company to those that have 1 or 2 shares and all the money intact to take the vast majority of the Company.

This Company belongs to the shareholders therefore would you accept the following as another alternative to your mass dilution.

a. I lend you a minimum of 500 or whatever I can afford (for a minimum term you decide fit) or whatever I can afford above that and in return you give me the following:

1..A guarantee that within 60 days of obtaining the funds (min 6m) you relist the Company with the same amount of shares we have as of today!

2..You pay me interest over bank rate say around 6%.

You give me that assurance and I will find the money. This would also afford those with SB's the opportunity to ensure the survival of the Company and effectively their bet!

Take it or leave it but sorry I dont want 500m shares or a share worth 2p!

Ball is in your Court!

KERPLUNK!

;-))

Big Al - 24 Jul 2009 21:02 - 7566 of 8631

I always win when you're around. Now, what does that make you? ;-)))))))))

Dil - 24 Jul 2009 21:03 - 7567 of 8631

Yeah it seems like some of the faithful are fast losing faith in BJM and co Al.

About time too.

tabasco - 24 Jul 2009 21:31 - 7568 of 8631

Yes you always win when Im aroundbit like Kerplunk.was that Monday for fishing?..heard from Barry so far Dil?

Dil - 24 Jul 2009 21:32 - 7569 of 8631

tabasco - 24 Jul 2009 21:34 - 7570 of 8631

Dil - 24 Jul 2009 21:36 - 7571 of 8631

Yeah , you've told me how wonderful he is more than once on here and how he wanted to buy my shares.

tabasco - 24 Jul 2009 21:41 - 7572 of 8631

Bollocks!!!! I told you he would buy your share...

Big Al - 24 Jul 2009 21:50 - 7573 of 8631

Whatever you tell someone, Tabatha, I'm sure they'll do the opposite. Seems the sensible thing. ;-)))))))))

The Kllenex should arrive tomorrow, recorded delivery. I'll stand you the cost coz I look after those less fortunate. ;-0

Dil - yep, folk are coming around to the idea. I mean Baz and Gaz could probably pick it up for sweeties shortly, a far cry from last year. According to Tabby, he's loaded enough. However, he did have to appease the masses didn't he? Oooh that's probably libellous.

tabasco - 24 Jul 2009 22:10 - 7574 of 8631

This is Gary Cressman here. I would like to state that since Barry and I have have taken over the company we have been working extremely hard on the focus of the company. We believe we are assembling a group around us to exploit the technologies the company has in a fast growing market.
The action that has been taken today is simply to address the following issue: the take up of the loan note has not been one to ensure its success. We have therefore varied the proposed terms of the conversion to encourage people to subscribe to the issue. Nothing else has changed. The variation in the proposed terms means that those people who subscribe will be relatively better off than those people who dont. If everybody subscribed in amounts pro rata to their shareholding then the offer would not be any different to the offer at the higher price. If the minimum size of 2500 is a problem for shareholders please e-mail us at bjm@meldexinternational.com stating the amount you wish to subscribe. The company will try to find an acceptable solution to this. The minimum issue size was one that was negotiated with our lawyers and in no way was an attempt to disenfranchise smaller shareholders,

Regards
Gary Cressman

bb The directors are gratified by the backing given by shareholders and have changed the proposed convertibility terms of the note.
Shaid. We fulfilled our previously stated commitments and I would currently be unable to sell a core tech for 50m

Big Al - 24 Jul 2009 22:46 - 7577 of 8631

What a shambles. Why didn't they consider that in the first place. Gordon Bennet, another MDX cock-up!

Alternatively:

m5 - 24 Jul'09 - 21:10 - 10656 of 10795

Well we can all sit back and do FA with a " well thats how it goes attitude" or we can push like feck. If we all stick together we can change things. There is nothing wrong with Geordie0's idea, lets make it happen. Off for a drink now and to beat the shit out of the cat!!

Heard both before.

Andy - 24 Jul 2009 23:27 - 7578 of 8631

3dug - 24 Jul'09 - 22:57 - 10806 of 10823

Rob, as stated above we will look into resolving the min subscription issue eg by setting up a newco to buy notes.
M5 I'm doing things as I see the best way to do them but appreciate your comments
Unvalidated user: I have written a very large chairman's letter on the company and our intentions. We have released statements as to what we are doing. I'm being as transparent as I reasonably can. I simply cannot discuss with you prices of core techs on a public board.

ptholden - 24 Jul 2009 23:31 - 7579 of 8631

Like the rest of MDX the core techs are worth very little, no wonder he won't discuss.

3dug - 24 Jul'09 - 23:18 - 10819 of 10826

Geordie A Loan would be fine......I will be back tomorrow but please expand on the idea
Unvalidated user...You appear not to understand the concept of commercial confidentiality...thats why I can't be as transparent as you want. We have confidentiality agreements which are signed all the time. At the end it comes down to trust of your directors. If you don't trust me then just do something about it!
