THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

The TRUMP dosier affair

not only nothing of the report can be proved true so far
but already
1 LIE is already proven.... Michael Cohen ( wrong person same surname)

note - wonder why Christ Steel is on the run ( money can not give you satisfaction today ) if is blood money

grannyboy - 12 Jan 2017 13:05 - 75704 of 81564

This so call report IS NOT from the US security service, it was funded by
disgruntled republicans like jeb bush, then taken over by the democrats.

Its STILL all speculative and without foundation, and is just more evidence
that the liberal lefty establishment don't like what Trump stands for..

Similar to the establishment here both before the referendum and after..

MaxK - 12 Jan 2017 13:09 - 75705 of 81564

Theres two numbers missing now.

ExecLine - 12 Jan 2017 13:14 - 75706 of 81564

The whole point of this sort of having this grotty information on someone, is to use it as leverage to 'get what you want'.

If Trump has done something 'naughty, naughty' and someone has something on him, I don't necessarily think they can successfully, if at all, manipulate him to do as they bid.

He fights back like #uck! And then he really fights back! And after that he really, really fights back!

He is the absolute total opposite to being the world's best 'wimp'.

Fred1new - 12 Jan 2017 13:18 - 75707 of 81564

Perhaps, psychopathic would describe him.

Just in (from Capital & Conflict, who keep sending me interesting stuff and are trying to sell me their services):

".....Two days ago, a major US bank handed $92 billion over to the US government. It was all “profit” from its operations. How did it make so much, and why did it have to give the money to the state?

Because it’s a central bank with the right to create money out of thin air, that’s why! The $92 billion was income generated on the Federal Reserve’s portfolio of US government bonds. It bought vast numbers of these bonds by expanding its balance sheet and printing money. The government then paid interest on those bonds. That interest is the Federal Reserve’s return. That return is then passed back to the government as an important source of income.

To be clear, this is the state creating money from nothing… to lend to itself… to then pay interest on… and then use that interest as another source of revenue. That’s Deep State financial policy.

And it serves as a reminder: never forget just how warped the financial system and the very nature of money itself have become. The entire system is built on a lie: that you or I (or a business) needs to work to earn money, but the state doesn’t. It has the right to manipulate the money supply to achieve its own ends. But we may all suffer the consequences of that mismanagement!

...."

According to the 'Thread List' I have two more posts left to read on this thread.

OK. Who's nicked them?

ExecLine - 12 Jan 2017 13:44 - 75710 of 81564

Graham Taylor, former England, Aston Villa and Watford manager, dies aged 72.

I will remember him as a fairly good England Manager, who maliciously prevented Gary Lineker from having the chance of equaling, or possibly even breaking, Bobby Charlton's record of 49 goals for England.

RIP.

explosive - 12 Jan 2017 13:45 - 75711 of 81564

Exec, correct on the money printing post. It's OK for government to do it but when I tried the law wasn't as understanding! Anyway with all this new money being printed and the markets being manipulated with Brexit scaremongering it's no surprise the strength of the dollar. So when Brexit fizzles out to nothing and money flows back over the pond, the dollar will surely crash sending US indices into orbit!

Graham Taylor--- very good Watford manager not so England manager.

Taking the P!SS alright

What about "hiring" Mr Steel to get a dirty dossier on Merkel, another "so call dirty bitch" looking for trouble after she was the one starting it with the refugees and now all Europe on alert for her bad call ( and it was not in shares ).

Maybe a Tunisian man would me more efficient in creating chaos in her country.

Merkel says EU 27 must show united front in Brexit talks

LUXEMBOURG, Jan 12 (Reuters) - The 27 members of the European Union negotiating with London on Britain's exit from the bloc must stick together and not allow themselves to be divided, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday.

Merkel, speaking against the background of a planned reduction in corporation tax in Britain, also said EU members must agree on a joint approach to corporation tax.

"We all know that we need more harmonisation," she told a joint news conference with Luxembourg's Prime Minister Xavier Bettel.

Refering to Britain's decision to leave the EU and what looks like being a difficult and complex negotiating process on the divorce terms, Merkel said: "It is important that we do not allow ourselves to be divided, the 27 must act together in the negotiations.".......

i renewed mine about 6 weeks ago .... can't remember what spiffing deal i got

ExecLine - 12 Jan 2017 16:49 - 75716 of 81564

The idea is to swap from your present deal to the next deal - BEFORE it expires and the present supplier puts you on its usually very expensive Standard Tariff - because your present deal has expired.

It's generally called: Taking some personal responsibility for your shit.

Haystack - 12 Jan 2017 17:01 - 75717 of 81564

I have swapped 4 times in recent years. Now with First Utility

Dil - 13 Jan 2017 09:10 - 75720 of 81564

Oh my god a snowflake in London , army will be on the streets by noon.

It's so funny watching London trying to cope with what many parts of the country have to cope with numerous times each winter.

Bet it's the lead story on the BBC news channel too !

Dil - 13 Jan 2017 09:12 - 75721 of 81564

explosive - 13 Jan 2017 10:09 - 75722 of 81564

Took me an hour and a half to get out of Guildford last night! I've never had an energy deal, with BG for both so probably paying through the nose for energy.
