Evening all,
Achieved a new landmark today, had three of the top 50 percentage fallers, unprecedented even by my normal standards, did blot copy-book a bit with one top 50 gainer but even so a remarkable achievement. Such a good day I don't think I could even tip my hat, so I'll keep it on.
Would one of you kind souls please take pity and pour me a guinness? I think I'd spill it if I tried!

What a remarkable return, I see the old mind reading skills have been finely honed during the recent sojourn, that would be most welcome.

may i recommend the roast prawns with salad and fries.

Given the circumstances, I think taking someone else's recommendation would be just the ticket, that sounds delicious, washed down perhaps with a chilled chablis? Care for a snifter yourself, I still have some of that whisky?
By the way, don't recall thanking you for the excellent hospitality shown to me by your staff while you were absent.

Yes a quick whisky before poochies bed will be nice - Ta. We do not really have staff here just whoever is in at the time helps out behind the bar, ordering & delievering goods, cleaning the bogs, collecting wood, ironing poochies blanket and so on.

i will now be asleep in my basket in the corner nighty night.

Think I'd better try and finish this excellent chablis, doesn't appear to be anyone wanting to help, and it would be such a shame to waste it.

and this is the story of the week.......

One night my friend took me to a gay bar. There I met a very tasty and straight barman called Leon. I started going there twice a week and he gave me his phone number. I called him one night and he came straight over and told me that he knew it was early on but he was head over heels in love with me. He stayed that night and we became a couple.

Right from the beginning he was a bit odd, whenever his phone went he would leave the room to talk and I wasnt allowed to touch his moblie. He told me he had split up with another woman with red hair I used to see him talking to but said they were still friends. Whenever I went round his flat something seemed wrong, for instance there would be a drinking glass by both sides of the bed and there was red hair (I'm blonde) on the pillow. When i confronted him he said that both the glasses were his and the hair was mine it just looked that colour because of the lighting. He then told me he had a son from a previous relationship who lived in the next street to me. He took me to meet him one day. He was a gorgeous child and Leon seemed like such a loving father. Everything was going wonderfully until one day I became ill at work. I thought I was just having a really bad period but after a few days things were worse so my mum took me to A+E. I found out I had had a miscarriage. My mum phoned Leon and told him and he said he would come and see me in the morning. When he came he didn't seem to care about the baby. He told me he recognised the girl in the next bed from somewhere. Then he remembered he had shagged her under Hastings pier a few years ago. Not really what I needed to hear! He then told me that he had made every girlfriend he'd ever had pregnant and he was very proud of it. He then told me he was leaving me for the woman with red hair as she had more money than me and that he had been seeing her the whole time we were together. What a git!!!

The next day when I had got home I got a call from the hospital to tell me the reason I had miscarried was because I had Clymidia, an STD. There was only one place it could have come from, Leon. So I phoned him to tell him so he could go and get treated too, but he said I must have got it from someone else and hung up on me! The woman with red hair came to see me and told me that she had known about me the whole time and that Leon was also sleeping with loads of other women at the same time as us.

I didn't hear from Leon for months and then I got a text from him late one night saying he was sorry for what he had done and that he missed me. He said he had split up with her and he wanted me back. I agreed to see him and he stayed one night. Then I got a call from her saying that they were still together and that they had just had a row and he'd come to see me to make he jealous. She said she had had enough too and we decided to hatch a plan to catch him out. I text him and told him to come over. He waited until she was gone and then left his flat to see me not realising she was waiting for him outside. She caught him out and he was angry with both of us! She took him back and they were together for another year. Then she introduced him to her friend and a few days later he ran off with her and they moved in together. He then started harrasing both of us by phone and sending taxi's and pizzas to the house. We then found out that he wasn't as straight as we thought and he used to be a rent boy and had slept with HIV positive men without protection! Me and my new boyfriend had to get tested. It felt horrible to know I could have ruined my boyfriends life! Luckily we were both clear. He married the red haired womans friend a few months later even though we both warned her what he was like. He got her pregnant and then ran off with her best friend! As far as I know he is still up to his old tricks. If you live in Hastings or Bexhill stay away from this man he has STD's and will probably get you pregnant and then run off with someone else!

The only good thing to come out of this is me and the red haired woman are
now best friends!
