Most of these 5% are taxi drivers/ car washers, etc who DO NOT earn enough
and claim working tax credits..It's a con and blatant deception by individuals

What these figures don't include is the black economy. I'm pretty sure the asian figures are under reported because of the cash in hand culture, ie tax avoidance. Pehaps further research might show that those 5% contribute a disproportionate amount of tax avoidance and supplementary benefits received of all households in the country.

what ethnicity provides the cleaning and other services in your hospital, factory and offices etc?

I'd say drug traffickers/importers of drugs are from Pakistan/Afghanistan,
the owners of Tata steel are Indians.
