HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Nice a freeby from Mike Walters.................................

FSA Versus Evil
18/3/2005 (119264)

FSA Versus Evil

The Financial Services Authority killed the weekly live web based Evil Cast interviews by bear raider Evil Knievil on t1ps.com, a share tipping website.

This followed a barrage of complaints by investors to the FSA over an outrageous series of attacks on 3DM Worldwide (TDM) and Eden Research by Cawkwell in the summer of 2004. These attacks were launched by Cawkwell on the t1ps.com site and were supported by other t1ps associates on other web sites and bulletin boards.

There has been no formal FSA announcement of this action, though t1ps editor Tom Winnifrith now writes and takes responsibility for writing the Evil Knievil diaries which appear three times a week. Cawkwell and the other attackers effectively had to halt their assault late last summer following conversations with the FSA.

Confirmation of the FSA action comes after we questioned the FSA over what action had been taken, or would be taken, as a result of complaints to the FSA by subscribers.

Correspondence with the FSA is routinely attended by warnings from the FSA that all correspondence must be treated confidentially. Because the FSA says that it is not always possible to reveal what, if anything, it is doing as a result of complaints, it can be difficult to establish whether complaints are simply dropped, or are taken seriously.

Since there is a right to complain against FSA action or the lack of it we wanted to know if anything had been done. You cannot complain until you know the FSA has made some sort of decision.

We have sought, and been given, permission by the FSA to publish the following email messages, the result of an exchange between Maggie, who acts as my compliance officer, and Harvey Knight, the senior lawyer at the FSA. They are posted in reverse date order.

March 11,2005.

Dear Mrs Walters

My earlier email was meant to be read as an official response on behalf of the FSA (as is this email). As I indicated, there has been no public announcement other than the posting on TIPs.com's website of 29 December 2004. However, Evil Cast is no longer broadcast.

You will appreciate that there are statutory constraints on our saying any more than that but please be assured that we did look into this matter and took appropriate action as the posting on TIPs.com's website indicates.

Yours sincerely

Harvey Knight

Subject: Re: your query

Mr Knight Thankyou for your reply .I never suggested that no work had been done on the matter .What I was asking for was when we would hear about any official conclusion .I am not a subscriber to t1ps.com , neither are most of our subscribers who lost money as a result of its activities last summer .We would like an official response from the FSA - Has something been announced in public that we have missed ? I do think that my subscribers deserve an answer and I am asking , on their behalf ,for one. Best wishes Maggie Drummond Walters

March 10, 2005.
Dear Mrs Walters

Contrary to what you suggest, there has been work done on this matter. As part of inquiring into this matter, we have had discussions with the firm about the activities of Evil Knievil as can be seen from the posting on TIPs.com's website of 29 December 2004:
A number of members of t1ps have requested that they hear more from Evil. A number of City regulators and other bores seem to think that his silence would be golden. Happily we can please all with the launch of the Evil Knievil diaries. Not once a fortnight but three times a week the UK's most notorious bear raider opens his heart to his faithful diarist Tom Winnifrith. It is Tom who writes and takes responsibility for...
As this posting tacitly acknowledges, there is no longer a live web based interview each week (Evil Cast) and the firm has taken on responsibility for checking what is said before it is published on its website.

Kind regards

Harvey Knight
General Counsel's Division

In the same period, t1ps.com editor Tom Winnifrith and other individuals associated with t1ps.com and related web sites also attacked 3DM and Eden. Cawkwell regularly takes positions in shares either as a bull or a bear and publicises those positions. The more publicity he can generate, the greater the impact on share prices, and the greater the prospect that he can profit by his actions.

The 3DM campaign was particularly vicious, sustained and extreme. At one stage, Cawkwell used the ADVFN bulletin board to accuse Ken Brooks, the chairman of 3DM, of being a fraudster who must go to prison for a long time. (ADVFN, June 18, 2004). That was clearly false and an outrageous libel. Cawkwell also posted (ADVFN July 8, 2004) that he would like to kick Brooks to death, starting mainly on his balls.

The selling campaign followed several months when Cawkwell had helped send 3DM shares soaring, suggesting that they could go to 20 and that only a fool would sell below 300p (t1ps community board November 10, 2003).

It is good to learn officially that the FSA has taken some action over this affair, which prompted many subscribers to panic out of 3DM shares at sizeable losses.

It is tempting, but perhaps prudent not to comment further here. Subscribers will have their own views about what is proper behaviour, and how far the FSA appears able to enforce it.

PS. How amusing to see that the Football League, of all people, now seems to have higher standards than AIM. Among those who will not be allowed to become directors of league clubs are people who have been barred by professional bodies.

Ends.

cheers GF.

They should also look at Winnifrith tipping crap like MMD all the way down just cos his mate Colin Blackbourne held it.

Dil - 22 Mar 2005 10:17 - 767 of 1341

Hit stop loss so I'm out.

simonpaynton - 22 Mar 2005 10:52 - 768 of 1341

Same here, everything is taking a major dive this week... :(

goldfinger - 22 Mar 2005 13:02 - 769 of 1341

I suppose the light at the end of the tunnel should be the results.

I make the forward P/E now around 8, which lets face it is a give away. Evil hasnt given one scrap of proof that there is a creditable competition threat out there. Hes just using the same bully boy tactics he used with SBT about 2 years back.

cheers GF.

jimmy b - 22 Mar 2005 20:46 - 770 of 1341

What about your 11 pounds target Dil ?? JB..

Dil - 22 Mar 2005 21:25 - 771 of 1341

I still have an 1100p target based on fundamentals but at this point in time I aint going to argue with the market , it hit my stop and I'm out.

On the watch list now and will look to re-enter when momentum etc is up not down.

Good luck.

goldfinger - 22 Mar 2005 23:55 - 772 of 1341

Im building a wedge up ready to get back in these. I cant see Evil short for so long, not when every tom dick and harry tip sheet and Broker is covering them with a BUY. Bring on the results He'l be out within days.

cheers GF.

Toogood - 23 Mar 2005 10:21 - 777 of 1341

long 5.87

brain2brain - 24 Mar 2005 11:09 - 778 of 1341

Seems to have gone very quiet here. It has had a fabulous run but it was always going to retrace and have a breather at some point. The guessing game now is when to get back in. Before the results? After the results? When momentum starts to lift the sp?Anyone any thoughts?

Cheers

goldfinger - 24 Mar 2005 13:37 - 779 of 1341

Had a few run ins with him in the old ESI days , he don't like being challenged but is happy to post as much bullsh*t as he can make up himself.

Thought not , must be true then :-)

simonpaynton - 24 Mar 2005 15:30 - 782 of 1341
