Informative post from Rafa on iii, I wont cut and paste but would suggest you take a read... Regards.

David10B - 20 May 2007 10:56 - 770 of 2037

If Empik was not a good deal initially then oviously it was poorly researched to start with.

That now apparently being so, would add further support for my opinion on the COH management team.

Furthermore AdieH, with respect, getting this information from the public domain, and not directly from the CEO has the appearance of relegating the small shareholder to the second row.

I mean being as you are normally in such close contact with Mr Worthington.

Personally I have never found a need for ignorance, but if it is to be bliss then obviously it will be so.

Have a great evening one and all.

As suggested to regular posters, use the squelch facility it works a treat as I see David continues to post. As I haven't read I would guess he is still on the personal agenda against RW and the COH board, add iii to your favourites some good discussion and posts over there... Regards.

bmw325 - 20 May 2007 19:49 - 775 of 2037

He is banned on iii

AdieH - 21 May 2007 08:25 - 776 of 2037

Yes I know that is my i'm encouraging people to migrate for now... did he not realise that we know he is waxman... and he's previous deramping was to 14p...

David10B - 21 May 2007 08:39 - 777 of 2037

Dear AdieH

Good morning.

Surely there is no need to resort to frabrication.

Far from being waxman or banned from iii, is the truth of the issue.

I dont not have any personal vendetta against COH or its board I simply comment on the conduct thereof, and in the continued absence of an RNS in order to clarify the recent share disposals, such comments would definately appear to be possitively well founded.

The only problem with following your advice and directing people to the COH BB on iii is that the whole BB is totally misleading as to the facts.

However, when in a rampers paradise I suppose that the best that one can expect.

Meanwhile kindly let the SP do the talking and try to relax and enjoy your week.

By the way please note my prediction for MLR is well and truly on tract and should see 30p very soon.

Furthermore COH is now down a full 7 points since I predicted here that it would fall.

I would like to think that my research is going in the right direction.

David10B - 21 May 2007 08:47 - 778 of 2037

Just to politely remind you of what has been stated here previously.

silvermede - 04 May 2007 11:25 - 567 of 777
Time to top up potentially.

AdieH - 04 May 2007 17:05 - 568 of 777

Yes institutions willing to pay the current sp for shares, director is topping up again (he knows a thing or two)... Would like to know where the captial is going but hey trust RW with my dosh... Target of 1.00 for me and hopefully within the year... Good Luck.

David10B - 04 May 2007 19:48 - 569 of 777

The only problem with this is yet again they come back to the market for even more money. Matters not its underwritten.

I feel they have missed the boat in not using the funds they raised 18 month ago.

Now there is heavy competition in a limited market and they have had 3 million approx just sitting in the bank----seems like living high off investors interest to me. AVIOD for the moment

Stockdog - 04 May 2007 21:06 - 570 of 777
david10B - utter crap, but respect your right to believe it.

AdieH - 04 May 2007 21:07 - 571 of 777
Really, so are they burning the cash pile NO if you check the

proteus - 21 May 2007 14:42 - 779 of 2037

10B,

Well I've waited quite a few days now.Surely if you're confident of a fall you must have some idea of the next years P/L.I want to see the counter proposal to the Numis figures before I draw any conclusions on investment.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 14:45 - 780 of 2037

Funny a positive day and someone is very quiet... Strange we haven't had a RNS to update on holdings... Maybe EMPIK are retaining a certain amount of their holdings... Does anyone know how long before they have to inform the company of their reduction in holdings (if it is them)?

David10B - 21 May 2007 15:15 - 781 of 2037

All in good time my friend, all in good time.

Meanwhile I really do take my hat off to all the brave investors buying today.

I was confident of a fall from 48p if you recall. One big downward push is enough for now. The bigger one will come I have no doubt about that.

Meanwhile its patience when both buying and selling, as the market loves the irrational.

David10B - 21 May 2007 17:03 - 782 of 2037

Well chaps, one and all, the news is out and it was EMPIK dumping and fund raising with the issuing of more bonds.

You know these people at Empik have been in that market a long time and still seem to be cash pressed.

I dont really undertsand why.

However as I am leaving my investments in those countries in the hands of CFE I wont comment further.

That said and with the EMPIK deal now on the public domain, it is interesting to see a normally very communicative Mr Worthington----silent!

Have a pleasant eveing.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 17:11 - 783 of 2037

Why would he comment, he is not the CEO of EMPIK he's concern is with COH and as far as I can see the dumping of 10million shares has not really affected COH too much... those shares are being snapped up by other investors... please note the 1p rise today and please your earlier comment of shorting these from 48p please check your recent posts as your memory seems to be diminishing... you started your rant at 41/42p... get your facts correct please.

David10B - 21 May 2007 17:28 - 784 of 2037

I most certainly stand correct sir and profundly apologise.

I picked that figure up from my notes whilst studing as to what what Mr Currie bought in at when Mr Worthington sold out part of his holdIng.

Please excuse my over sight.

I was unaware that I was ranting. I would have preferred you saying commenting, however if it makes you feel better then I certainly have no problem with your use of adjectives, given the price did indeed fall upon hearing my rants, sorry comments.

I trust this week goes as well for you as it is for CFE holders.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 17:45 - 785 of 2037

Good luck to you in your investment in CFE, don't like the concept of Franchise myself as you eluded to before, even less asset based than COH... but I can see some potential there now they seem to have sorted their board out... Good Luck with that one will watch with interest.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 19:25 - 786 of 2037

Message for CFE.

Fly you little devil, you deserve to, if not only on the efforts of the board of directors.

This is the kind of innovation that made British business great!

Make a bag full, chaps its looking better all the time.

Have a great day.

Wonder who is ramping on CFE... take a look it makes rather amusing reading considering the postings on here recently...

David10B - 21 May 2007 19:51 - 787 of 2037

Far from it old chap just giving a hard working board the praise they fully deserve.

I cant for one moment imagin Barty keeping his shareholders in the dark during similar troubled as COH is in right now.

I genuinely believe in praise where its due.

AdieH - 21 May 2007 20:01 - 788 of 2037

Well for me COH and especially RW deserve more praise than the board of CFE... You give the impression of being someone who is trying to bring a balanced view and then off you go on CFE sounding like someone who has just discovered their first 2 bagger...
