Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

European Union bureaucrats are demanding that “current and future family members” of European nationals in the UK should have an open-ended right to settle in this country after Brexit.
They also want Britain to continue to agree to pay the pension costs of Brussels bureaucrats after Britain leaves the EU in March 2019.
we must just walk away and tell them to get stuffed

Having caught only a few minutes of each interview with paxo.
There was one common take away for me:
You cant trust either of them, deeply unimpressive and very evasive seemed to be the norm.
It doesent matter what they say, once in office they will renege.

toilet . no questions on policy was asked just a paxo show of ignorance he loves him self , it was a non event for voting and questions

worth remembering for everyday life - just because someone asks you a question, you have no obligation to answer it (except in court), much as that might annoy

Politicians do have an obligation to answer on policy running up to an election .

no they don't, though you may think they do
it is up to the listener to then draw what conclusions he likes from the answer given

Ah! but are their answers truthful, although sadly truthfulness doesn't seem to matter these days, political or otherwise.

only people who are dishonest fail to answer questions . and most are criminals or have no faith in their own actions ,to fail to answer questions means they are untrustworthy

it all depends on one's perception of truth :-)
a parallel might be a football club's chairman stating that the club remained solidly behind its manager

Avoiding questions seems to be de rigueur for all sides.
