i don't think i have ever known an election where the polls differ so greatly

while they all concur that the tories lead is now well reduced from the initial (and preposterous" 20%, they currently vary between and oddball 1% and something more common of 6-12%

i also note that ladbrokes still reckon a tory majority at 2/9 and, if i have read this correctly, a majority of 70 (ie 360 of 650 seats)
personally, i'ld be surprised if the majority was any more than about 40, and even that may prove to be wishful thinking
