As usual you leap to conclusions with no facts to back it up.

I actually agree with Corbyn that we should ditch Nuclear weapons. Not because they are inherently bad but but because I can not see when, we as a country, will ever use them on our own. I would rather spend the Billions on conventional forces which would be more useful in defending this country from the threats we are facing.

What I find unacceptable from Corbyn is his belief that all things can be sorted out by talking. Sometimes brute force needs to be challenged by brute force and his weasel wording around what he really believes on Trident.

I also question if he has the intellect or courage to take the hard decisions that come with being PM.

Thank God our police did what was necessary in London and saved many more lives by taking those 3 out straight away. With Corbyn in charge he would have wanted to send negotiators in for a chat before giving the Police the power to do what was needed.

Personally, I thought previous remarks by you and Dil were sneering and misrepresentative of Corbyn's position and policies.

To me, Corbyn appears to be advocating attempting the increase of UN powers and having greater involvement of it when trying to resolve political and military problems.

He does not reject the use of force in some circumstances but would prefer a negotiate solution if possible.

As would anybody with any sense and consideration for fellow humanity.

That involves negotiation not just a rush to brute force with the belief that one's own
present or previously held opinions about those who oppose you to be valueless and irrational.

I am not sure of Corbyn's abilities but he does seem to believe in a collegiate type of government and rather than being self-opinionated, arrogant and elite about his own qualification and he does take in into consideration other peoples' rights and opinions.

But it may have been more useful to have captured and interrogated the "terrorists" and perhaps gained useful information.

I have no sympathy for the acts the terrorists carried out, but would have been interested in knowing their "reasoning" for their actions, in order to build an approached to the problems of "terrorism" rather than see their deaths turn them into martyrs and increase the rationale for their "cause".
