Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

The imams described their actions as "unprecedented," though mosques in Manchester, England, and in the United States have refused to bury Muslims involved in terror attacks in recent years.
Imam Abdullah Hasan of Imams Against Domestic Abuse, who posted the statement online, said the funeral rite "is normally performed for every Muslim regardless of their actions."
Seven people died and 48 were injured when three men drove a van into pedestrians on London Bridge, then leaped out and stabbed several others in nearby bars and restaurants. Police killed the three attackers.
The ISIS-linked Amaq News Agency claimed a "detachment of Islamic State fighters" carried out the attack but provided no evidence to back up its claim.
British Prime Minister Theresa May said there was "too much tolerance" of Islamist extremism in the United Kingdom as she vowed a clampdown in the wake of the third terror attack to hit her country in as many months.
In their statement, the imams said the terrorists do not represent Islam.
"We are deeply hurt that a spate of terror attacks have been committed in our country once more by murderers who seek to gain religious legitimacy for their actions. We seek to clarify that their reprehensible actions have neither legitimacy nor our sympathy," the Muslim leaders said.
"These vile murderers seek to divide our society and (instill) fear; we will ensure they fail. We implore everyone to unite: we are one community. In the face of such dastardly cowardice, unlike the terrorists, we must uphold love and compassion."
Thousands of Muslims worldwide have likewise condemned terrorism in recent years, as noted in a 712-page Google document maintained by an American Muslim student.

Before jumping on the above bandwaggon read :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1981_Irish_hunger_strike
and consider the similarities and effects.
Also, realise that what has suggested is refusing "Redemption", which I believe is part of the control system of the major religions.
It is daft to me, but may/would give those who "believe" an "icon" for on-going grudges, or at least give the "leaders" fuel to stoke their fires with.

I agree about the amount of time these killers get on TV , days later they show pictures of when they where young and lived . It's possible this helps inspire others , the notoriety it brings and advertising their feats .

Maybe they are getting all this publicity is because they KILLED 7 people and
injured numerous others...Are you saying that the so called far right activist
that killed jo cox would you be shouting for him not to be named, or your
next door neighbour who has killed his family...
Yes and its a great show of unity from those imans, lets see what happens and
whether some iman isn't imported into the country from a more willing country
like Iran, Saudi Arabia...to carry out their last rites..

We are all aware that the majority of Muslims are against the warped views of the fanatics. They, like the leaders who signed the statement condemning the attack, are not the problem. As the IRA before them, religion is a flag which few of the killers actually understand or follow. It is a convenient way to try to justify what is not justifiable. I would be more interested to know which leaders refused to sign the statement.

And would these imans also renounce that when they are in the majority,
they will not bring in sharia law and turn the UK into a Muslim state?..

The muslim population is less than 5% of the UK population so when do you expect them to be in the majority? Many of the young are assimilating despite their parents objections. Happens when people are free to think and choose. The prospect of a muslim state here does not exist.

The problem is iturama is that you get the impression that it's a much larger amount , due to the unending news of killings , areas being taken over by certain groups , France slowly turning to Muslem . London seems another country now .

france is not a good example insofar as their ex colonies such as algeria and morocco are predominantly muslim and (i think) their citizens have right of entry

they did get a clot like corbyn by the name of hollande
hollande then imposed all sorts of hefty tax and other "unfriendly" measures, and the french populace then woke up but too late
let's hope we don't get similar here

iturama....The demographics speak for themselves...Its muslims that are
having the most births...And when you give 'official' percentages it does not
take into consideration those here illegally..
It only takes twenty years for a generation..And unlike cynic i don't bury my
head in my own little world..In fact it wouldn't surprise me to learn that cynic
is from the religion of peace..
And Muslims can't leave islam otherwise they become apostates and that could
get themselves killed...

They have now named two of the murderers in the London attacks as having
duel passports.. a Moroccan/Italian and a Libyan/Irish...
Thanks to the weak western governments particularly Frau Merkel in inviting
untold numbers of immigrants and in the process allowing in the followers of
taking 'literally' the texts of the Quaran...
Thanks to freedom of movement and weak western treacherous leaders..

I would get rid of tax and a con government should concentrate making magic wands. These could be used to facilitate any necessary infrastructure and services in tory tax havens or wards only.
Also, I think there ought to be skips provide to carry the dead bodies of the impoverished to the waste dumps. Nobody needed them anyway.
Mind after Brexit the gold will be pouring into England again!

May was right we needed to cut back on waste.
Who needs Police when we can stay in power by giving tax reductions to our mates.
